Pros:

Best hotel I’ve stayed in India. It’s extremely clean, nice rooms, comfortable bed and Arun was so friendly and helpful.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war nett

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht so sauber.
Ist halt Indien Angepasst.
Bettwäsche dreckig
Kaltes Wasser
Mücken im Zimmer
Bin der Kultur angepasst weil meine Eltern aus Indien kommen.
Für mich nicht so schlimm.
Aber für meine Deutsche Frau ein Problem.

Cons:

Nur 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Dalai Lama Temple! Besonders schön war die Ausstattung des Deluxe Zimmers und die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals.

Обслуживание, внимательны, все дают про просьбе, сухой отель - что важно для Индии. В других отелях сыро

Very limited hot water, but otherwise a great hotel!
Pros:

Clean and spacious room, comfy bed, located a short walk from the Dalai Lama's home/temple. as well as shops and restaurants. As the hotel is just outside the main commerce area, road noise is minimal and there are lovely mountain views which you wouldn't get in the middle of town. Staff were friendly and helpful in providing info on local attractions and arranging taxis. The hotel has an elevator which is a real plus after walking around the hilly town all day.

Cons:

TINY hot water heater. Hubby has very quick showers and even he couldn't finish before the hot water ran out. Such a shame. If they invested in decent sized hot water heaters this hotel would be perfect.

Pros:

The property is very clean and the location is near by to the main market and temples . Dhar lot is just two kms away from here . The staff specially mr.arun went out of the way to provide us with taxi at an minimal cost

Great stay in Mcleod Ganj
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the Woodville Inn. The area is very peaceful, yet the Dalai Lama Temple is still very close by. The two staff members at the reception were very kind and helpful — they’re doing an excellent job. The food at the hotel restaurant was also very delicious. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Nice location for a quiet stay, but still near the main life in McLeod Ganj.
Pros:

Loved the terrace of the room, with amazing view overlooking Dharamshala and the valley. Also, the hotel is just 5 min walk from the Dalai Lama's temple and still completely separated from the McLeod Ganj's central buzz.

Cons:

Don't forget to ask the staff at the check-in to turn on water heater in the bathroom (or do it yourself).

Nice and comfortable. Highly recommend
Pros:

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed. I arrived late and the manager was very nice. Very close to the Dalaï Lama temple

Cons:

It’s a bit on the pricey side and far down from the Main Street. But it provides everything I needed

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Hotel ein paar Gehminuten unterhalb des Dalai Lama Klosters gelegen, tolles Zimmer, gutes Frühstüc
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, Balkon mit Blick auf schneebedeckte Gipfel, sehr großes Zimmer, bequeme Betten, gutes Frühstück, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, super Lage - wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Kora- Rundweg und ein paar Minuten mehr zum Dalai Lama Kloster und dennoch ruhig, da etwas abseits vom Trubel. Jederzeit wieder.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.
