Pros:

This hotel is over my expectation as it’s stated in the website is under what they offer to you. For exemple, I thought there was only 1 room with twin beds or a double bed. However, it was actually 2 connecting rooms with 1 washroom where we had 3 beds: 1 double and 2 single beds. It’s incredibly quiet and locates quite central (10’ walk to the Dalai Lama Temple), and near to Kora walk also. Nearby, you can also find good restaurants, groceries. In summary, it’s highly recommended. I will come back here next time.

Location, room and people. Food was tasty.

Cons:

Staff was not trained. They lacked basic hospitality skills. Power was regularly cutting on-off. Washrooms had no toiletry. Hot water geyser doesn't work. It was a bit cold for us and kids had to bath will cold water. Bathroom accessories were broken. TV subscription was very limited. Kitchen was only available for limited time. Not worth the money spent.

Pros:

I planned to stay only for two nights and ended up staying for a week. I felt very safe and everybody was super kind! Plus the hotel is right around the corner of the temple.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful; and the view from our balcony wonderful. The hotel is downhill from Mcleadganj but actually we enjoyed being removed from the nouse and bustle and the climb uphill is good exercise!

Cons:

The blind in the bathroom was mouldy and needs replacing.

Nur 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Dalai Lama Temple! Besonders schön war die Ausstattung des Deluxe Zimmers und die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals.
