Cons:

Проживали женщина с ребенком и девушка. Уборка должна быть по умолчанию каждый день, была по запросу. Никаких удобств для детей! Пишут семейный отель, для детей только старый манеж, весь в пятнах, бесформенный. Просили все 17 дней ванночку для ребенка, так и не дождались ее, стула для кормления также нет.
Без спроса заходят в номера не предупреждая, по факту приходишь и видишь в своем номере мужчин. Ухоженным девушкам сюда нельзя, хозяин отеля житья не даст, пока не выпьешь с ним в люксе где с тобой непонятно что сделают.

В отеле жила моя жена и ее мама с годовалым ребенком. Остальной персонал просто ужас, особенно владелец этого гниющего отеля. Отказали владельцу в свидании в люксе с вином и все, пошли нам козни строить. Без спроса заходили в номер пока нас не было, все краны текут, мебель древняя, потертая. Стены в ужасном состоянии, как и все остальное. Устно решили вопрос позднего выезда, потом после отказа в свидании сказали освободить один номер, за другой платить 30 манат, после того как напомнили об договоренности подняли до 40 просто так. Утверждают что мы все придумали и выставляют дурами.

8 days in Baku
Pros:

Location is good very close to transport facilities. Staff at the facility were good. Front office staff, Seva was always helpful and understanding full of warmth, just like Dinare.. very helpful. Luda made the rooms clean.. good at Laundry!!👌. The manager, Mallim was fair!

Cons:

Ventilation in the bathroom wasn't working well. They need to fix air extractor for clean air.

The spacious and cosy room and the kind, helpful and funny receptionist (Seva)

Cons:

The organised wedding ceremonies and their nose at night (until midnight), the quality of the internet (but this was a general thing in Azerbaijan)

Great value for the basics.
Pros:

Great location. Good service. Amazing location. Perfect price.

Cons:

It's a little long in the tooth as far as the conditions but you are getting a real value. It's cheap and I only slept in the room and showered.

Hotel war für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt zweckmäßig & OK. Für längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels zum Stadion war super. Auch die Organisation mit Abholservice am Flughafen und der Check-Inn mitten in der Nacht waren super organisiert. Abklärungen mit dem Hotel im Vorfeld waren ebenfalls super und nahezu problemlos.
Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir ganz früh morgen angekommen sind und in der nächsten Nacht wieder früh Richtung Flughafen mussten. Somit waren die Zeitfenster für das Frühstück nicht passend.

Cons:

Das ganze Hotel erinnern an einen "Ostblockbunker" aus den 70er Jahren. Die Zimmer war alt und rustikal eingerichtet und die Betten nicht sonderlich bequem. Zudem war es nicht wirklich überall sauber und im Bad floss nicht immer Wasser.
Beim Transport mit dem Taxi zum Flughafen wurden wir von der Angestellten abgezockt! Lieber selbst um ein Taxi kümmern.
