There is no proper room service. Filthy beds and bedsheets. Pest infected pillows and very filthy beds

Parking space is very congested, big cars are very difficult to park. Road to the property is very narrow.
Photo shown in website dint match, no proper room service, no cleanliness, room was with so bad vibes felt like haunted place it was too disturbing was unable to slp in nights so mystery sounds felt the worst ever

Access to the hotel by road was very narrow...with ur car it is little bit difficult...at night it can be dangerous if driver is not professional
We were very disappointed with the hotel. We booked sea view room expecting a charming experience. But, when we reach there, the atmosphere was really bad as all the balconies were covered with plastic sheets which doesn't have any view. We refused to stay there, so the owner arranged us another apartment (same cost that we booked this one) which is 300m away from this. That room was neat and tidy, but not up to the fare we given.
Basically it's guest house, it's residential building, it's very congested room
Services is nothing, not even single water , they won't give minimum services like water, coffee/tea,
That to only single person is visible during check inn

The property is located close to baga beach that is the only good thing.
Dirty rooms, wet walls, smell of wet walls, dirty bedsheet. The drinking water was also bad, had to change it, wardrobe was also broken, extra dirty mattress was kept over the wardrobe.

10-20 metres from beach, even can see amazing view from balcony (during rainy season balcony is covered in plastic)
Can place the Hotel board sign near the road.
