After a little confusion at check-in, we had 4 fantastic days at Sera Hotel. Kamran and the breakfast woman were warm and friendly, always offering tea and coffee.
Kamran was ready for conversation and to answer any questions at any time of day! Great breakfast, too! and in a beautiful, over the top dining area.
Sera is on the second floor, and there's no lift. It was fine for us, but could be a problem for some.
The location is very good. I chose a room with a balcony, I'm glad I did, the view and air of the room with a balcony was nice. Looking directly from the balcony to a central location is very good for tourists trying to get to know the city. If you think of the hotel as if you only rented a room, it's very good. The cleanliness is average.
In a perfect location. It was within walking distance to everywhere. The breakfasts were extremely diverse and sufficient, and also very delicious. We were very comfortable with our 6-year-old daughter. We did not encounter any negative situations during our stay. One of the employees is a very friendly and helpful lady, I thank her very much.

Unfortunately, during my visit, your front desk employee named Murad behaved in a highly unprofessional and inappropriate manner toward my girlfriend. His conduct, which included verbal and possibly physical harassment, was completely unacceptable and made us feel unsafe and disrespected.
Such behavior should never be tolerated, especially in a hospitality environment where guests are expected to feel safe, comfortable, and respected. This incident has not only ruined our experience but also severely damaged our perception of your establishment.
I respectfully demand that immediate disciplinary action be taken against the individual in question, including his dismissal from duty. Furthermore, I urge the hotel management to take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future.
If no action is taken, I will have no choice but to pursue the matter through legal means and report the incident to the appropriate authorities.

Disgrace
First of all, although it is not stated in the hotel's description, there is no elevator in the facility. This situation poses a big problem for guests like me who come with luggage or have limited mobility.
More importantly, the male employee at the reception told me that there was only 1 room left, despite me having a valid reservation, and that he could only give me this room for 200 USD. This clearly means that an additional fee is being unfairly charged despite my confirmed reservation. This attitude, which implies that I may be left without a room if I am rejected, is an unethical, misleading and fraudulent approach.
This behavior is both against tourism principles and a clear violation of consumer rights. I demand that the necessary investigations be carried out and my grievance be redressed.

the woman working there was very nice and helpfull
the room was very old, the lighting was very poor and no side lamps, it was very cold and the windows were old and there was no heating in the room. the towels and bed linen was also very old. the electricity went off during the night and morning, so phone wasnt charged, and had to wash up in the dark. the street is very loud till 2 o'clock clock at night.
The location is absolutely perfect, making it very convenient for exploring the city.
The design is stunning, with a modern and stylish interior.
• Although the room and bed looked clean, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bed.
• The showerhead in the bathroom was broken, which was inconvenient.
• The toilet was not properly cleaned, which was disappointing.

Its, not a hotel. Its a apartment owned by an old couple. The old man is rude. And they have rules like till what time you can go outside.
