Friendly Staff, non-ventilated rooms (Please consult engineer to design ventilation)
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helped us with extra blanket. The person at the reception was good orator. Rooms are clean and nice. Bedsheet was clean. 🙂

Cons:

The rooms are not ventilated at all. It has a dummy window that has no use which opens corridor. At night you will feel suffocated in the room, my advice to hotel management is consult an architect and an engineer person to make the proper room ventilation.

Rooms and toilets were not clean. It is mentionable that morning tea was served in disposable cups which was astonishing.

In emergency it's ok. Costly as compared with facilities.
