Es war alles katastrophal.Personal hatte keine Ahnung von irgendwas,wir mussten noch mit irgendwem telefonieren um an unsere Zimmer zu kommen.Obwohl wir in voraus gebucht und bezahlt hatten,mussten wir nochmals bar bezahlen,natürlich in rumänischer Währung da sie kein € annehmen .Selbstverständlich haben wir nochmals bezahlt und Quittung gibt es natürlich auch nicht sondern nur ein kleiner Kassenbon.
Nach langem Hin und her haben wir unsere Zimmerkarte in die Hand gedrückt bekommen und dann such dein Zimmer,wenn du weißt wo es ist,den weiteren Informationen gibt es nicht.
In Zimmer angekommen 🤦‍♀️ muss du anfangen zu putzen um dich ein bisschen wohler zu fühlen.
In Spiegel konntest du dich nicht sehen,so schmierig war die.
Toilettenpapier Fehlanzeige.
Lüften zu können hätte gut getan,doch leider lässt sich das Fenster nicht öffnen da die Klimaanlage die außer Krach nichts bringt davon angebracht wurde dass das Fenster sich nicht öffnen lässt.
Ich würde diesem Hotel auf keinen Fall nochmals Buchen oder weiterempfehlen.
Es ist einfach unverschämt 70 € zur verlangen für so ein schmuddeligeres Zimmer.
Obwohl ich die rumänische Sprache verstehe hatte ich Schwierigkeiten um klarzukommen.
Also um kurz zu sagen!!!!! Bucht diese Hotel NICHT.

La posizione buona. Non offrono colazione.

Cons:

Letti scomodi - con un solo cuscino morbido per dormire ed il materasso scomodissmo , Aria condizionata che non funzionava - abbiamo chiamato e ci è stato detto che deve rimanere a 25 gradi - ed il giorno dopo ci siamo svegliati con il naso e la bocca asciuta ... e sudati da morire. Non sono venuti a fare la camera ed a pulirla il giorno dopo ma ci hanno cambiato solo gli asciugamani. Terribile.
