Pros:

Perfect location. Great price. And very nice apartment with small kitchenette. Will definitely be back on my next visit. The owner, Valerio, is a stand up guy who runs a fantastic place!
Thanks for everything!

Pros:

r ITA flight 9.15.2025 to arrive Rome at 4pm was cancelled, instead we arrived Rome at 10pm. The VM hotel Manager phone 313662611362 Valerio told us that my VM Hotel expedia reserved/paid was cancelled because of late check in pass 10pm instead put us in an old/dirty apartment that Valerio and girlfriend Maria Terasa personally manage and insisted we paid 40 euro per night plus $78.99 and copies of our passports that was mandatory to be given to police. This reservation was my paid/CHARGE to my VISA:

Elevator not working
Pros:

The beds were comfy but making sounds because it’s not a regular bed it’s just a pull out. Elevator is not working but when you book online is not mentioned that it’s not working although they helped us going into the 4th floor going in but now going out.
I specifically looked for hotel with ac because it’s really hot. The ac was there but is not enough to make the room feeling like there was an ac because the ac is too small for the room with 5 people for two queen beds and a twin. I guess that’s how they do it here in Europe.

Hôtel moyen-bon
Pros:

Hôtel moyen-bon. Il n'y a quasiment jamais personne à l'accueil. Chambre calme, mais "froide" sans charme. On y passe la nuit et basta !
Tout de même bien situé par rapport au Vatican.

Pros:

It was very convenient for us staying at this location the first two nights we were in Roma. They have shuttle services from FCO for a very reasonable fee. The hotel is located within 5 minutes walking distance from the Vatican. Very accessible to buses, trains, taxis, restaurants. I mean it was awesome. The staff from Valerio, who was very attentive, Friendly and accommodating to our needs. Thank Valerio for all you did to us. Clara and Samy were amazing too. You guys made our stay in Roma very memorable.

Pros:

Good stay at a great location
Pros:

Very convenient location to Vatican City, public transportation and downtown Rome.
Was generally clean, but a bit dated. Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was available onsite for a reasonable fee ($12/night) with in-and-out privileges. Would stay again. No complaints for the price paid.

Pros:

Neat and utilitarian. Do not expect frills. My reservation was for a unit with two double beds and a sleeper couch. We arrived early and were offered early check-in rather than storing our bags. We were told that there were two double beds in this alternate room. It was technically true. However, one of the double beds was a sleeper couch. Had I known the bed situation, I probably would have chosen to store our bags and stayed with the larger room. Be aware that this is a city location with a lot of traffic at night. The staff is helpful.

Pros:

Easy to get around Vatican City and a 25 min. Walk to trastevere nice host and helpful staff. A little loud if you leave the windows open since it’s a busy street in front of the property
