Great help when in need
Pros:

The hotel helped us immensely with the logistics because as Chinese tourists the local authorities had a lot more safety requirement and the hotel took care a lot of the communication and logistics aspects. When we ran into trouble with entering the next city, the hotel also tried to help us

Pros:

This was our third time staying at Shelton Rezidor Swat, and it’s always a good experience. The location is peaceful with great views, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly, check-in is smooth, and the breakfast is excellent with a good variety. Hot water geyser was working, and electricity backup kicked in quickly during power cuts due to rain.
