accueil dans un hôtel à l'ancienne avec tout ce qu'il faut, permet de se connecter au pays.
Pros:

accueil, prix emplacement, style à l'ancien, grande chambre literie de qualité.

Cons:

salle de bain fonctionnelles et propre mais plomberie un peu à réviser

Por onde começar...
Começo com quarto em segundo piso em que ninguém se disponibilizou a ajudar com as malas. Sem elevador. E eu tinha duas crianças.
Quanrto modesto, dentro do previsto. Três camas com amplo espaço para as mesmas.
Mas o wc... completamente ultrapassado com peças de fixação de chuveiro e torneiras soltas. Tecto em cortiça com buracos.
Rede mosquiteira solta e com buracos.
Para o ex-libris foram as baratas de tamanho de um dedo vindas do wc quer do tecto quer dos respiradores.
As almofadas tinham uma altura imensurável. E quando pedi substituição, deram-me umas iguais...
Deste modo, pouco recomendável.

Os quartos estava sujos (cheios de pó, o chuveiro de um dos quartos não estava a funcionar, a cama estava suja com sangue,….). Num dos quartos deixaram lá a chave suplente.

Pros:

The best is location, right in the middle of Horta with stunning views on Ocean and Pico. Modest breakfast is just enough for a decent start of the day. Very friendly and helpful staff. We could prolong our check-out - many thanks!

Cons:

The hotel is „beautifully outdated”, some equipment should be exchanged or added (no place to put your things in the bathroom, no racks to hang your clothes- it is good to bring your own). All in all - minor things, not very disturbing.
