Pros:

Proprietatea se află în zona 0 a orașului, foarte ușor de găsit. Fetele de la recepție sunt extraordinar de amabile, politicoase și prompte, atente la toate detaliile și nevoile. Foarte curat, cald, confortabil. In cafeneaua de la parter poți servi tot ce dorești, se mănâncă foarte bine, iar clienții beneficiază de 15% reducere la orice din meniu. Plus ca la venire primești o bulină cu care poți servi gratis o cafea, din partea casei. Frumos, toți te fac să te simți confortabil, aproape ca acasă. De câte ori voi reveni în Iași și dacă prețul va fi unul bun, numai aici voi sta.

Best money can buy !!
Pros:

Faptul că deși apartamentul este într-un bloc de locuințe, are recepție. O parcare subterană modernă. Personalul din recepție foarte amabil.
Apartamentul foarte curat și călduros.( am fost într-o perioadă în care temperatura a fost cuprinsă între -2 și -10 grade ) !
