Pros:

We rented a two-room apartment for 4 people. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The staff sat in an office close to the apartment. The workers there were very nice. They helped with every request. They made sure to contact us on WhatsApp and ask if we needed anything.
They changed the towels and cleaned the apartment.
Every day they gave us a voucher for coffee and cake for each of us at a nearby restaurant.

Cons:

There was air conditioning in only one room.

Pros:

The staff were amazingly helpful. Especially Daniela who helped us check in online as we were going to be late. She even sent us a video showing us the path to get to our apartment.

Cons:

Nothing, all was great.

La Gentilezza dello Staff !!!! Ci hanno cambiato appartamento perché noi preferivano un primo piano e siamo stati subito accontentati dalla sign.ina Daniela gentilissima tutto perfetto appartamento nota 10 !!!! Grazie di tutto , da ritornare con piacere .

A fost foarte bine
Pros:

Foarte curat, micul dejun foarte bun și variat, personalul foarte amabil

Cons:

Camera am schimbat-o deoarece locația era deprimată , dar mi s-a oferit un studio într-un alt loc și a fost foarte bine

Iasi-ul merita vizitat oricand, dar nu la 40 de grade la umbra...
Pros:

Se putea servi masa (inclusiv micul dejun) la cafeneaua de la parter, cu reducere de 15% si cafele gratis, contra jetoane primite de la receptie. Mancare foarte buna. Camerele amenajate frumos, curatenie impecabila.

Cons:

De cand ajungi te frapeaza "receptia" care parca ar descinde dintr-un ghetou. Cand o vezi esti cumplit de dezamagit, chiar daca dupa aceea lucrurile nu mai sunt atat de "negre". Camerele in sine sunt frumoase, dar sunt amenajate intr-un bloc vechi, destul de intunecat si nu prea curat.
