Pros:

I really like the amenities & parking area availability (specially driver food & rest room availability).

Cons:

I try to order something from kitchen but the guy was so drunk he could not even understand what i am saying so i end up eating outside.

The location and views were unbelievable. Service was good. Rooms were comfortable, spacious and very clean. Heaters/AC were also included which was great. The food from room service was also good.

I Would Stay Here Everytime I Visit Kasol
Pros:

The hotel is one of the best in the Kasol city centre because of its location, view, and very natural surroundings. Very helpful staff. Very nice and well-maintained interior, sitting, and hanging out areas. The private car-parking area of the hotel is a huge plus for travellers.

Cons:

The way to the hotel can be a little difficult to walk because of its hilltop location.

Everything was amazing. Their staff were extremely efficient and accomodating. The facility was amazing with an amazing view. The food was great. Overall an extremely a wonderfuk stay.

I can spend all day at the balcony with the amazing mountain view.

Closed to the bus stand and market. Huge room with the best view of Kasol.

Serenity in Kasol
Pros:

Extremely close to the center of the city, all major cafés are within walking distance.

Great view of the mountains.

Really beautiful plants and flowers around the property that makes the stay all the more serene, whenever we went out, we were always looking forward to coming back to the hotel.

Even the interiors are extremely pretty, has a great sitting area where they light bonfire in the evening.

Can chill in the sitting area for hours, lazing in the sun, without feeling the need to do anything in particular.

Cons:

Some of the switches weren’t working in the room.
