De locatie was prima, de bedden waren goed
Het eten was smerig, veel te vet
Meteli. Huono äänieristys. Baarin meteli kuului huoneeseen sekä kaikki äänet käytävältä.
Rauhaisa ja lähellä kaikkea.
Huoneiden seinät kun paperia, äänet kuuluvat aika selkeästi ulkopuolelta. Mutta silti sai nukuttua hyvin😊
Disappointing stay – Would not return
We stayed at this hotel for 8 days in September/October 2026, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Although the location was peaceful and pleasant, the hotel itself did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price.
Staff and service: Upon arrival, the staff were very rude and unwelcoming. There was no food available for us to eat, not even snacks to purchase, and all the restaurants were closed for the night. Despite knowing that we had just arrived and had nothing to eat, the staff did not offer to help or even call a taxi so we could go to the nearest gas station to get some food. Throughout our stay, the staff were generally unfriendly and unwilling to help.
Breakfast: Since we only booked bed and breakfast, we relied on the hotel’s breakfast each morning. Unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. The selection was very limited and boring, with exactly the same food served every single day. Many of the supposedly warm dishes were actually cold, and it appeared that much of the food had been refrigerated overnight and served again the following morning. Even worse, several pieces of fruit were visibly moldy, as shown in the attached photos. My husband is lactose intolerant, so we asked whether lactose-free milk was available. We were told it was unavailable that day. When we asked again on our last day, we were told that it was still unavailable because they had run out. For a hotel accommodating guests for an entire week, this level of service was unacceptable.
Room and cleanliness: The room itself was okay, although it could have been cleaner. However, we also experienced problems with insects. On our second night, a centipede came into our room, and on another night, we encountered several different types of bugs. We have attached photos to show what we experienced.

A rendelésben nagyméretű szobát tengerre néző kilátással vettem, ehelyett a kilátásban két fa volt látható a tenger csak oldalról látszott a nagyméretű szoba helyett 2 két ágyas összenyitható szobát kaptunk (a bookingot képtelenség felhívni).

Hotellin yleisilmeessä olisi parannettavaa aika paljon. Fiksattavaa ja siistittävää paljon mm ulkokuoressa.
A modern apartment on the first level of a house built in the late 1800’s …and built in what was once the spa of the 3rd century AD Diocletian's Palace. So surrounded by a lot of history.
A thoughtful well designed apartment… with an extra large bed, right in the heart of the old town. Easy access to our host through WhatsApp.
Nothing really …although the shower tray was slippery.

Lokalita, jídlo, mísa ovoce na uvítanou, terasa restaurace i vyhlídková u recepce, plážový servis, koupání, procházky v okolí, blízkost Dubrovníku. Rádi se vrátíme.
Patrová postel a absence balkonu v pokoji. Ale to jsme věděli, když jsme ubytování objednávali. Jinak byl pobyt skvělý.

Clean room with balcony and sea view.
The hotel was clean. The room was comfortable and nice. The staff was nice and friendly..
The architecture of the hotel was very strange. It was giant. One had to walk so much in order to get to the rooms or get to the beach or get to the reception.. Long walks, change elevators all within the hotel building. Not to my liking. This was not a place I would come to again.
