Pros:

Good Location.

Cons:

We booked this hotel from 25th to 28th May for me, my husband and my young children. Due to unforeseen flight disruptions, we arrived early morning on the 26th around 10:30 AM, after a long and exhausting journey to Split and then coach to Dubrovnik from UK. We were looking forward to finally resting, especially with kids under 8 years old.

To our shock, the male staff on duty that afternoon at reception informed us that the room was not ready, and we would have to wait until 12 PM. Despite explaining we had paid for the room from the 25th, he was unwilling to listen, offered no empathy, and gave us no explanation of any policy or procedure. It was as if our situation didn’t matter when this room as meant to be reserved from 25th 1500.

Only after I approached a female staff member later again and clearly explained what we’d been through, did she kindly hand us kids room keys.

It’s completely unacceptable that we paid for a night and still couldn’t access our room when we arrived the next morning. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from the staff made this an unnecessarily stressful experience for our holiday. Other than this experience, it was a good stay,

Pros:

Struttura ampia e pulita, appena entrati nella hall una splendida vista mare. Molto accogliente e ben organizzata, staff gentile e sempre disponibile. Cibo vario e ben fatto.
