Pros:

Really nice hotel in an excellent central location. Really nice pool and surroundings

The owners, Robert and Flower, go out of their way to assist and provide advice and recommendations.

Excellent value for money.

Cons:

The town at night is extremely busy - obviously not the fault of the hotel.

Nettes Hotel in Altstadtnähe
Pros:

Gute Lage. Zu Fuss 3 min in die Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind allerdings recht muffig und riechen nach Schimmel. Auch die Klimaanlage konnte den Geruch nicht vertreiben. Der Pool im Hinterhof ist OK, mehr aber auch nicht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und serviceorientiert.

Sehr muffiger Geruch.

Pros:

Robert and Miss Flower were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Had great knowledge of area and where to shop and eat.
Location was amazing. Two minute walk to the heart of Ancient Town. I would highly recommend and would stay here again if i was lucky enough to return. A beautiful city.

Pros:

Very comfortable hotel and extremely helpful staff. Handy for old town but quiet enough for a great night's sleep on very comfy beds

Cons:

The room is on the smaller size but not too small. However more or rather some hooks to hang towels , clothes etc and places to put bags would be useful as little surface space or storage room. I would suggest they lose the bonkette, small table and footstool and replace them with a more useful cupboard. That said it isn't really a problem if there , as we were , for just two nights

Great location.
Pros:

Location. Friendly staff. Quiet at night.

Cons:

I didn't realize I have to pay at thr hotel so used my credit card with a fee. No breakfast served. No elevator. Shower head is toward the door.

Il n’y avait pas de petit déjeuner servi à l’hôtel. La piscine petite mais très agréable après une journée de shopping.petit bémol, pas d’ascenseur dans l’hôtel donc difficile pour monter les valises. Hotel très bien situé.

Hotel bonito, cómodo y bien situado.
El que tenga piscina, sin duda es un punto muy positivo que se agradece mucho los días de calor para darse un chapuzón antes de empezar el día o al volver de las excursiones. Los trabajadores son muy amables y nos dieron muchas de recomendaciones para aprovechar nuestros días en Hoi An. Además nos hicieron algunos detalles como darnos un Banh Mi para llevar cuando hicimos el check out -porque nos íbamos muy temprano-, o regalarnos unas galletitas típicas, que agradecimos un montón! Recomendable si quieres pasar unos días agradables en Hoi An.

Fantastic value for money and friendly service.

The owners and staff at Lion King Hotel were very friendly and accomodating, and provided excellent recommendations to make sure my stay in Hoi An was enjoyable. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and is situated in a fantastic location right in the heart of town. 5 stars!

Fantastic hotel in a great location
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Excellent value for money and great location - a couple of minutes walk into Hoi An Ancient Town. The owners were very helpful with local recommendations and helped us sort restaurant reservations and taxis.

Our hosts were amazing and the hotel was location, location, location!
Pros:

The Lion King is central to the Old Town within walking distance to the river and the bridge to the other side of the river. There are spas, nail shops and mini markets close by and the best Bahn Mi in the next street.

Cons:

The shower in a bath but not that much of an inconvenience.
