عدم نظافة الفندق ريحة كريهه وريحة طبخ باب الغرفه كان منكسر ومركب والكنبه الي بالغرفه كانت وسخه والبطانية كان فيها ريحة الستاير متفككة كانت تجربة سيئة وصلت للفندق نمت اليوم الثاني طلعت منه ورحت فندق ثاني

حجزت هذا الفندق عبر موقع Booking بناءً على تقييمه خمس نجوم والصور والإعلان الموجود على الموقع، لكن الواقع مختلف تمامًا. الغرف والحمامات متسخة، هناك شعر في كل مكان، والأكواب مغبرة وقذرة. لا يوجد موقف سيارات، وفوق هذا كله هناك إنذار من البلدية موضوع على باب الفندق. هذه الحالة تقلل مصداقية booking وتجربة الإقامة كانت سيئة جدًا مقارنة بما هو معلن على الموقع.

A disappointing stay due to poor hygiene, service standards, and unexpected price changes.
Cons:

The property’s hygiene standards are unacceptable, and the overall condition of the facilities falls below basic expectations. Upon arrival, I noticed a closure alert posted at the entrance, which was concerning. Additionally, the staff member preparing eggs at breakfast was not following proper hygiene practices and was not serving food appropriately.

Furthermore, the price was increased from 26 rials to 30 rials without prior notice or clear explanation, which added to the overall dissatisfaction.

This experience was extremely disappointing and requires immediate attention to ensure the health, safety, and transparency expected by guests.

الفندق موقعه جميل للخروج لأي موقع سواء التنزه أو التسوق و خصوصا من سوق المباركية . الإفطار جيد . لا يتوفر موقف خاص للسيا

النظافة غير متوفرة إلا بالطلب حيث مكثنا يومين بدون نظافة و لم يتم تنظيف الغرفة إلا عند الطلب .
الإضاءة غير كافية . الجدار متشقق . السرير مكسور . لا يتوفر قهوة و مبيض قهوة .
مغسل الملابس خارج الفندق و السعر جدا مرتفع .
التلفزيون لا يعمل القنوات غير متوفرة .

The view it’s pretty beautiful I just was can’t stop looking at that huge city :)
The breakfast is also nice, bathroom for me was cozy, I think there is was silk bedsheet or something like that I liked it I didn’t wanted wake up lol
Absolutely will come again :)

Cons:

The windows is very dirty, so I can’t see the view as well, please wash building, from outside it’s looks dusty and from inside awful only when u open the window and can see part of city hmm not good
