Staff were very nice. Except for the owner/ manager who was very unpleasant and dismissive.
Deluxe Room was spacious and clean but lacking basic needs: no fridge, no coffee maker, no full size mirror. Windows could not be open...only the door let fresh air in , but then anybody walking by in the corridor could look inside.
NO RESTAURANT AFTER 4PM. NO BREAKFAST/COFFEE IN THE HOTEL. AT 9 AM NEXT DOOR COFFEE SHOP OPENED. PAID $19 FOR 1 COFFE AND 1 BOWL OF FRUIT YOUGURT!!!
1.The hotel HAD NO PERSONNEL ON SITE FROM 6PM TILL NEXT MORNING 9AM. NO SECURITY WHATSOEVER.

I love the Pool aérea
The stay, in terms of cleanliness and the room as shown in the photos, was excellent. However, the fire alarm was sounding intermittently every second from 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., and no one showed up or called back, even though we left a message on the answering machine that played when we called. The television lost sound and, although it wasn’t the main priority, we were never able to hear anything from it. Constructively, I suggest there be better communication or clearer instructions in the room for these kinds of situations.

Hotel felt understaffed at all times. I was sold on it being a really lively place, but it was always quiet and empty. Staff was always just filling in for someone else. Lots of delicious food and drink options. The rooms and pool area were very nice. Some outdoor spaces felt unfinished however.
Food option was none because they never gave us tour of the place , and never told us about the services. There are no phone line services in the room. I think that very important. The first day i got there i felt going down the step. I believe that the steps need to have reflectors, so it can indicate the people going down the step. The cleaning service was great her last name was soto.
The room was beautiful, very clean and confortable. The pool area is very nice. Walking distance to the beach. The plants and gardens need water!

Great location! One minute walk from the beach! Great pool! Friendly staff! Overall, very beautiful…. However, there were some issues: 1. Very tight and small parking lot
2. No microwave or fridge in the room
3. Very difficult to calibrate the water temperature in the shower
4. Too many mosquitoes and flies
5. Children are not allowed in the pool because of the bar

I like wabble cafe area the people were pleasant. Not much amenities on the property a lot bugs all over the place. Very careless about customer service
