Lovely staff but Low quality food.
Pros:

Staff are very nice and helpful, rooms where always clean.

Cons:

If you are coming with family, in a age range of 9-13, who can freely walk around in the hotel, you should avoid Annex rooms. The place is in different location than main area, where cars are passing super fast and makes it very trick for family. We liked the idea of having pool access from room, but limited us a lot because it is far from the dinner area etc.

Food quality is very low compare to other All-Inclusive hotels in Turkey. I was very disappointed food variations and it's quality. Can't really judge the Chef, it just seems like they have very limited budget for it.

Place is also far from the sea, and hotel is not offering a shuttle to the sea area.

Don’t deserve the price we paid
Pros:

The property is in a very good location.
The staff ia amazing, very peofessional, actually the owner of thia hotel should thanks a pay a lot the staff because they are the ones who are keeping this hotel living.

Cons:

The property is too old , it needs a very very big refreshment. I don’t know when it was bulit but it has this vibe of a has been hotel of the 90’s .
Restaurant are not up to the standard of a 4 stars hotel. Only the freah raw food was good , like fruits. But everything that was cooked was tasteless and not good.

La gentillesse et le professionnalisme de Taleb, dit Tj.
C’est grâce à lui qu’on a pris le spa pour mes enfants et moi.
Top un forfait enfant adapté, masque au chocolat
La proximité du téléphérique et de la plage lagon bleu

Good food and friendly staff,but the water park access and Annex location made our stay difficult.
Pros:

The food was good, and the staff were friendly, cheerful and polite. The Turkish Night was also very enjoyable and created a great atmosphere.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the water park. It feels like they try to charge guests for almost everything. Even taking children’s bottled water into the water park is not allowed, which is very frustrating for families.
We also experienced an unpleasant attitude from some staff at the water park, similar to the treatment we received at Airport. Although the water park and hotel appear to be part of the same resort, you sometimes feel as though you are entering a completely separate facility where you are expected to spend more money.
One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the water park, but there is only one shuttle service per day. If you want to return to the hotel during the day, you have to rely on taxis.
Staying in the Annex building is also very inconvenient for families with young children, elderly guests, or anyone carrying bags. The walk is difficult, crossing the road can feel dangerous due to traffic, and you have to walk around 300 metres uphill to reach the main area for meals. If you are allocated a room in the Annex building, the overall experience can become quite exhausting.

Aquapark otel içinde değil ve günde tek servis var, Aquapark için sadece giriş ücretsiz. Ve maalesef
Servis aracı klimasız ve konforsuz, bozuk koltukları var. Ama tüm çalışanlar özenli ve ilgili idi.yemekler Türkiye için ortalama altı.
