Ein tolles Hotel, absolut zu empfehlen
Pros:

Wir bekamen ein grosses Zimmer mit Balkon, sauber und komfortabel ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gibt zahlreiche Tipps und Informationen. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war gut und reichhaltig, der Service sehr zuvorkommend. Wir können das Hotel, auch für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt, in Melnik bestens empfehlen.

Unfortunately, my experience at this property was very disappointing. When I arrived, I found urine in the toilet, which immediately raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. The overall condition of the accommodation did not match my expectations, and I did not find it comfortable or well maintained.
I would not choose to stay here again.

Da ich nach früherem Aufenthalten und Betreiberwechsel maßlos enttäuscht war, hat mir nichts gefallen.

Cons:

Kein nutzbarer Pool ( Baustelle) entgegen der Hotelbeschreibung. Knappes Frühstück, ungenießbarer Instantkaffee & Saft.

Pros:

Местоположението , хотела като цяло , ресторанта и най вече обслужването !

Cons:

Престоя в апортамента , намира се над ресторанта а няма звуко изолация . Позволяват се тържества с музика до ранни часове и тъкмо задпиш и в 7ч започна влачене/ подреждане на маси , а през това време става светло и тъй като пирдетата са съдрави и малко над спалнята светлината ти вади очите .
Няма почивка когато има тържества .
Не препжръчвам на хора с деца !
