Pros:

Персоналът беше много любезен. Страхотни хора с желание да се развиват в България. Храната беше вкусна, виното собствено производство. Местоположението на хотела е добро има страхотен паркинг и не се притесняваш за автомобила си, което за Мелник е отлично, тъй като градът е доста тесен и туристите са навсякъде. Стаите се нуждаят от освежаване, но не го слагам в минусите, защото хотелът се управлява от хора с много желание, внимание към гостите и амбиция да направят много за развитието на хотела и района, като цяло.

Cons:

Като минус мога да кажа, че едната вечер в ресторанта на хотела имаше частно парти с жива музика и беше доста шумно.

Pros:

Good and polite staff of the hotel. It was a big room, mostly with everything necessary. Good breakfast was included and we had lunch for extra payment and it was also fine. The bed was convenient for sleeping. Big Room with balcony.

Cons:

It was cold in the room, I think it needed to request a heater from the staff. An extra blanket wouldn't hurt either. Big Mirrors in the center of the room you can crash into them.

Beautiful chill amazing place for us and our dogs
Pros:

Clean and cozy. Staff was absolutely amazing, so warm and helpful! We were with 2 little dogs, no extra charges, no problem with them. 5 minute walk from the city center, one of the few places in the area with its own parking. Amazing getaway for a couple of days if you want to chill and go on walks. Breakfast was delicious, we could choose from a couple variations, everything was super!

Cons:

That we had to stay shortly, it was not enough.

Всичко беше наред, но като непушач случката в ресторанта ме остави разочарован.
Pros:

Добра локация, дружелюбен персонал, чисто и приветливо място. Едното от момичетата, които работеха там беше изключително дружелюбно към нас, адмирации!

Cons:

Слязохме да вечеряме към 21:30ч. и в 22:00ч. се раздадоха пепелници вътре в ресторанта и бяхме принудени да вечеряме в цигарен дим на затворено пространство или да си тръгнем.
