Pros:

Experiență foarte plăcută. Camera e confortabilă și curată.
Mic dejun bogat. Mancare gustoasa! Bucătărie de calitate!
Peisajul superb!

Cons:

Personalul de la Receptie ar putea avea o atitudine mai prietenoasă și mai caldă.
Personalul din restaurant e prietenos dar ar putea fi mai instruit .
În zona spa ar fi util un duș obișnuit. Dușul emoțional are altă destinație, iar cel din vestiare este destul de departe. În plus, aici se mai acumulează apă pe podea.Risc de alunecare!
Varianta înfolierii papucilor nu e practica!

Camere mari, spa cu jacuzzi, meniu variat

Om de Horeca aici.. personalul nu are nici o treaba cu serviciile ce vor dansii sa le ofere, am platit 1200 ron/noapte dar nu stiu pentru ce, incalzirea in camere intr-o zona de munte rece, cu ventilatie(aer cald aer rece) prostie mai mare nu exista, nici nu ma explic de ce.
Probabil propietara hotelului se lupta cu morile de vant cand e vorba de personal(cele din restaurant sunt de nota 2) stau la povesti pe scaune la bar(daca le-as vedea pe camere la mine la hotel in suturi le-as lua) dureaza mult comanda de mancare, aduc ciorba si felul 2 deodata ?! Eu stiu ca ciorba se aduce prima data nu ? Nu sunt elegante, nu stiu servi, nu stiu vorbi, va recomand sa va aduceti straini la restaurant cat mai repede.. (inteleg ca oferiti locuri de munca celor din zona, dar nu isi dau interesul)micul dejun va rog pe spatiu mai intins asa stramt arata rau si saracacios.

Nota 10 pentru camere și mâncare dar nu pentru SPA
Pros:

Curățenie maximă și mâncare foarte bună, servire ireproșabilă

Cons:

SPA-ul însă nu este printre cele mai reușite, este plin de copii în toate piscinele și rece
