It’s a adjustment to stay in such area which is close to CSIA airport,
Pros:

Except staff nothing was fine, only advantage it’s very near to CSIA airport so stayed here to travel easily in early morning to Airport

Pros:

Close to metro transport. 20 minute walk from the airport or only INR 10. to and from the airport. The same metro line takes quite close to the Gate of India.

Cons:

Noisy motor bikes/traffic hooting into the early hours of the morning. Paintwork and electrics need working on. In fairness my room was the cheapest with no window. However I didn't know it had no window.

Pros:

Кондиционер работает, причем не шумно, и поддается регулированию (как температура/сила пультом, так и направление потока ручками), так что можно нормально спать не задубев. Персонал приветливый. Насекомых нет. Белье хлопковое и без дырок. Интернет нормальный.

Cons:

Нет горячей воды. Если выключить кондиционер, в комнате сразу же появляется "индийский запах" (не могу описать точнее, но кто был в Индии, поймет). Большинство комнат без окна. Район абсолютно трэшевый, но как понимаю это везде вокруг аэропорта так. Короче, ночлежка от безысходности, типа лучше так, чем на скамейке в аэропорту.
