I am writing to share my very disappointing experience during my recent stay at your lodge. Unfortunately, the services and facilities provided were far below the basic standards of hospitality.
The room was not clean, and I was given an old and worn-out blanket.
A towel was provided only after several hours of waiting.
Even a simple request for soap was fulfilled only after repeated follow-ups and unnecessary arguments.
The staff members were extremely slow in responding and often engaged in unnecessary talk instead of addressing guest needs promptly.
On multiple occasions, I heard staff remark that “you should book a five-star hotel” – which I found to be highly unprofessional, dismissive, and offensive.
Based on this experience, I feel this lodge deserves minus 5 stars if such an option were available, as it completely failed to meet even basic expectations of cleanliness, service, and professionalism.
