Cons:

avevo prenotato una camera con il mio ragazzo poiché la mattina seguente avrei avuto una visita la mattina molto presto.
arrivati lì dopo averci chiesto i documenti e aver visto che il mio ragazzo non era italiano il signore alla reception si è inventato che eravamo bloccati e non potevamo entrare.
( cosa impossibile poiché non ho mai soggiornato in un hotel a novara e in tutti gli altri b&b ed hotel in cui sono stata non ho mai riscontrato problemi)
tutto ciò è successo all’1 e mezza di notte e ha lasciato due ragazzi da soli in mezzo alla strada dopo che era stato riferito da me che non stavo bene e non potevo permettermi di rimanere per strada (sono incinta).
spero che questo signore venga licenziato e si vergogni per l’atteggiamento che ha avuto perché è stato di un’arroganza e maleducazione estrema.
non consiglio per niente

予定していた飛行機に乗れず、深夜で途方に暮れていた私たち家族が探し当てたのがノバラ市のこのホテルでした。
もてなし自体は標準的だったと思いますが、ここまでの旅で笑顔もなく冷たい接客に疲れ果てていた私たちにはとても暖かく感じました。
鉄道の駅にも近く、ミラノ市内に30分ほどでたどり着ける良い立地です。
