We loved it. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the room itself was beautifully designed with attention to every detail. The breakfast was outstanding, offering both variety and quality, and the cappuccino was the best we’ve had - rich, smooth, and perfectly prepared.

Sad experience!
Cons:

Our small room on the top floor was a complete disappointment and made for a very sad experience. The space was tiny, and the white walls were covered with stains in black, grey, greenish, and yellow shades. The pillow had completely lost its shape from overuse, and the towels were in a state of disintegration.

To make matters worse, our room faced the street, and the traffic noise was surprisingly loud and constant — unexpected for a city and location of this size.

It is a mystery to me how this hotel can advertise itself as 4 stars when our room wouldn’t even qualify for 2.

Balkon od moje sobe je bio prljav od izmeta golubova i nije bilo stola na balkonu,samo dve stolice!

Medewerkers waren behulpzaam. Het hotel is prima voor een overnachting, met name als je onderweg bent.

Cons:

Kamer was klein. Balkon was aan de straatzijde, waardoor het er vrij lawaaierig was en niet zo prettig om te zitten. Ontbijt was à la carte en nogal vet en calorierijk. Het hotel was in orde, maar toch geen vier sterren, en de prijs was daardoor wat aan de hoge kant.

Getting spoiled in Zlatni Bor
Pros:

Staff at this hotel are amazing. The food and wine selection (try any made from local grape variety žilavka) is excellent and the restaurant is open all hours. We loved the spa center, swimming pool and the sauna. L-shaped twin room provided welcome privacy for two people sharing the room. Overall, amazing region and a gem of a hotel!
