Cons:

Property figures as having parking. It has no parking other than parking on the street
In front of hotel. Had to leave our two motorcycles parked on pavement/sidewalk outside hotel door.
Rooms not well insulated from noise, specially internal noise of doors opening and closing and people taking in corridor.
