Pros:

The staff were genuinely friendly and very supportive throughout my stay. I arrived early in the morning, and they kindly arranged an early check‑in for me, which I really appreciated. They also helped by calling a taxi when I needed one. The location was excellent, with easy access to both the city center and the coast. A special thanks to Mr. Yahya, who was exceptionally helpful and made everything even smoother.

Cons:

The facilities and the room were a bit old and would benefit from some refurbishment. With a few updates, the overall comfort and experience could be greatly improved.

Отличный отель, нас заселили поздно вечером, с собакой. Кровати удобные, рядом с отелем круглосуточные шаурмечные. Завтрак был нормальный, вареные яйца, фета, огурцы, помидоры, джемы, хлеб.

Mention spéciale au personnel de cet hôtel qui est à l'écoute, serviable et très agréable ! Le petit-déjeuner est satisfaisant, les chambres également malgré une salle de bain dont la propreté laissez à désirer à certains endroits... Toutefois, l'hotel est bien situé (du moins si vous cherchez à être près du centre), propose des excursions intéressantes et reste une très bonne option si vous passez par Trabzone !

One of the best hotels i stayed in.
Pros:

Very unhygenic overall: unwashed bed sheets, lot of hair from previous guests, dirty toilet seats/insides. The cleaning personal didn't even put any effort to hide the fact that they didn't clean. Oh and the cockroaches in the bathroom...

Отличное месторасположение, рядом рынок и много кафе. Отель конечно не новый, но завтрак включен и персонал очень отзывчивый. В центре города проблема с парковкой, но работники отеля попросили у меня ключи от автомобиля и припарковали сами, большое спас6им за это, самому мне было бы это сложно сделать.)
