Pros:

The staff was friendly and eager to help. Very lovely people.
The location was near the main square.

Cons:

Overall facilities were not good. On our first day the toilet didn't work - it couldn't be flushed. The refrigerator was not working properly (but it's good that they had it). The beds were quite small and solid.
They could really really improve the cleanliness of their rooms (walls, floor of the shower) and towels.
Also, it was quite noisy outside even at night.

يتميز بالموقع فقط ، المبنى قديم والاثاث متهالك والنظافة تحتاج الى المزيد ، التكييف في غرفة فقط وحنا حاجزين غرفتين ، الصور قديمة يوم كان كل شيء جديد

الطاقم نوعا ما متعاون ، الافطار محدود ونفس الاصناف كل يوم تركناه وطلعنا نفطر برا .

Exceptional. Nothing could be better!
Pros:

The hotel was clean and they do cleaning upon request as well. Staff were extremely friendly and warm and the location was exceptional. Nothing to compain about.

这家酒店除了地理位置好以外全是糟心体验。

Cons:

首先是卫生问题：我住的标准间有烟味儿三天都散不掉，酒店也没法解决，于是我开窗换气，结果因为窗户没纱窗早上在地板上看到一只翘腿的大蟑螂。
其次是设施问题：第一，窗户没有纱窗进虫子。第二，卫生间没有排风扇也没有窗，再加上当地潮湿气候毛巾湿了不会干，只会臭。第三，我住过的两个房间浴室花洒都到处滋水，搞得干湿分离像个笑话。
最后是服务缺斤少两：第一，我订了五晚标准间，第一天给我的是小一半的单人间，而且当天不给我换房间。第二，入住当天前台没有告诉我早餐时间，也没说这个酒店打扫房间的规则。于是，从第二天换房间起，酒店再也没打扫过我的房间，哪怕我去前台要求打扫也没打扫。第三，前台只有一个小伙子会半吊子英语但他早上不上班，而是由一个不会英语的厨房女士顶班，这位女士没有权限和能力解决我的问题的同时拒绝帮我找有权限的人，只一味地让我等经理到来。这位经理我从没见过，传说他在下午出现，但一般人应该和我一样早上出门晚上回，为了解决糟心住宿问题还搭上白天行程的提议把我气笑了。最后我在booking申请客服介入要求退还两天住宿费以弥补我第一晚房间货不对板和住宿体验糟糕导致提前退房一天，被酒店拒绝。
特拉布宗市中心很小的，我遇到住在meydan一两公里外的人，住宿体验又好，价格又便宜，实在犯不着来这个酒店吃亏。

Вежливый, но в то же время не навязчивый персонал. Очень удобное расположение. Удобная кровать с хорошим матрасом.

Персонал хороший, гостеприимный . Местоположение не плохой.

Cons:

Номера старые, постельное принадлежности давно надо поменять. Номерах нет туалетных принадлежности. Чай-кофе номерах тоже отсутствует.
