Pros:

Best of all is the simplicity and quiet, peaceful atmosphere suitable for a historic former monastery. For example, no TV in the rooms but plenty of hot water in the shower, comfortable bed. Rate includes a three course dinner and also a buffet breakfast (upon request they will make you an omelette).

Cons:

Just inside of the reception is a badly worn step--an accident waiting to happen,. Be careful! Out of town and hard to find. After a number of it is still hard to find.

I liked the location of the hotel, the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff, the good breakfast, and the atmosphere.

Cons:

We were very unpleasantly surprised that room 003, to which we were assigned, had windows from both the room and the bathroom that faced a publicly accessible street. In the evening, while I was in the bathroom, I discovered that strangers outside were watching me through the window. I hope that in the future the hotel will resolve this issue and that guests will not have to go through what I experienced.

Pros:

Miniimalista stílus, de kényelmes. A vacsoránál 2 főételből lehet választani és még desszert is van. A reggeli svédasztalos, bőséges választékkal. Az egész hotel és a környezete is nyugalmat áraszt.

Cons:

A megközelítése gyalogosan nehézkes. Saját autóval könnyebb elérni.

Unique historical stay with amazing dinner and peaceful location
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Sopron Monastery Hotel. The building itself is very historical and feels like a museum, which made the experience truly unique. Its location on top of the hill provides peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. The dinner was amazing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and there were plenty of free parking spaces available for guests, which was very convenient.

Cons:

One small thing that could be improved is having a kettle in the room for making tea.

Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des sehr engagierten Personals und sie Einmaligkeit des Hotels!

Cons:

Die verspätete Nachricht über den Ausfall des avisierten Dinners und die daraus folgende Ersatzleistung eines Picknick-Pakets war unzureichend - schade bei sonst perfekter Qualität des Hotels. Mönchischer Hang zu gelebter Genügsamkeit - Zufall??
