Pros:

Delicious breakfast and friendly service. Nontobeko, who was on duty, was especially welcoming, and the night-shift receptionist (whose name I unfortunately can’t recall) was also very kind. The hotel has tight security, which gave us peace of mind. We booked two rooms that were conveniently located close to each other. The hotel is situated in a quiet area surrounded by trees, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature.
