AWFUL EXPERIENCE !!
Pros:

We requested a late check in due to my old parents before confirmation. They agreed and confirmed. But on arrival THEY REFUSED! The reason was that we are foreigners which was never mentioned while booking. We were left on the road at midnight with our luggage with my parents over 70yrs! Very bad experience and not informative! Its a scam! They should ask to provide proper documentation before booking on booking.com as as far as i know not only locals make hotel reservations on the platform but mostly foreigners! Foreigners refrain!!!

All the stafs are not lisner's, i had to repeat 3wice and 4 times then they listen for stuffs like, soap and towel simple things were not there present, there is the sealing fan which is making very loud noise while rotating. The toilet is worst the florr is soil slippery fully, not clean looks like somebody had walked over there. I"ll not recommend this hotel for anybody at all.

Pathetic hotel every seen.
Pros:

Nothing good. Very dirty, pathetic hotel.

Cons:

Very dirty, bad location very noisy train and road horns. Smells bad. Poor condition. Bathroom is extremely dirty.

Pros:

Easy to reach the location. Just 400m walking distance from Charbagh Railway/metro station. It's Away from the crowd. Room size was decent for 3 people.

Cons:

Blankets were not clean. No curtains in room, dampness in bathroom roof. Mattress is not comfortable. Price paid for what we get is high
