Travaux à part, un hotel confortable
Pros:

Un hotel de standing très bien équipé
Bien situé dans Nankin, proche commerce et restau

Cons:

Un peu éloigné de la station de métro mais une station toute proche est en cours de construction
Des travaux sur l'ascenseur durant notre séjour donc du bruit à partir de 9h et attente pour prendre l'ascenseur (28 étages)

Nice and helpful staffs
Pros:

During our stay, most staffs I met at the hotel, including housekeeping staffs are very responsive and helpful, especially staff at front desk 石依婷 and 陈浩, both are very helpful, friendly, caring and proactive.

Cons:

Sadly the queen size bed seem smaller than a standard queen size or else it could have been more comfy. Also, throughout our stay, the air conditioning system of the building was under maintenance but we were only informed about it when we arrived to check in, so our room is a bit stuffy. And it would be much more convenient if the room has coffee cups or mugs provided.

Family holiday
Pros:

It is close to the metro station. It has free self-service laundry, two washing machines and two dryers. The staff at the front desk is generally helpful.

Cons:

We booked the room for 3 people which is supposed to have 3 beds including a sofa bed. But when we checked in, one of the reception ladies kept telling us they have no room with a sofa bed and asked us to have a room with a 2 seater instead. Interestingly she kept saying she will provide us a room matching those pictures in booking.com which they didn't show a sofa bed; until i showed them the booking did mention 3 beds. So at the end we were offered 2 double beds with 1.5m each.

Not sure if this is an issue with the booking.com or ?? But the reception was a bit grumpy. Other than that, most other people are helpful.

The hotel only owned a few floors with the lower floors being office space for other companies. I was allocated a room next to their event function room. I feel a lack of privacy and not as safe. They were also under renovation and so the carpet along the corridor is not as clean and the room is opposite to the exit stairs which the staff keep having it open which i had never had that experience with any other hotels i have been too. The elevator the reception took me up to the room seems to be a bit weird but then there are other lifts available.

Ресепшен нужно перевести на 1 этаж. В общем очень неплохой отель: постель и удобства чистые ( это для меня важно)
Pros:

В номере чисто, хорошие косметические принадлежности, все качественное, порадовали халаты, тапочки , полотенца - все идеально чистое. Завтрак хороший , европейцу будет что поесть. Вид из окна просто огонь!!!

Cons:

Мебель в номере сильно обшарпанная, но не разваливается(уже хорошо)). Ресепшен находится на третьем (!) этаже здания. Никто из персонала не говорит ни на каком языке, кроме китайского. Я за 3 дня не встретила никого кто хотя бы понимал английский.
