Excellent location next to the bus station and shared taxis.Also near the CTM office and pick up. There are shops and cafes/restaurants in the area, and it is close to the Souk. Staff were helpful and communicative. The room was clean and tidy.
The hotel overall is a bit scruffy and the communal area where we waited for our room to be cleaned (we were early), was very dirty. Because it is near to the bus station, it is also a bit noisy.
A disgusting hotel in a very dangerous neighborhood. Everything was filthy, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for at least a month. I do not recommend it to anyone who values their life or cares about even basic comfort and hygiene.
I night a lot of narcomans around, a lot of garbage.

Good location and the restaurant next to it. The staff are helpful but I was tired to Google Translate from English to French so we didn’t talk much.
It’s close to the bus station so it’s quite noisy till night. The bathroom was not clean enough and you have to ask for the toilet paper. I was given two face towels even though I only stayed for one day. But no bath towel and shower gel. 😅
No bedding on the blanket! No breakfast, noisy until midnight
