Pros:

Excellent stay at Burak Apart. The location is very convenient, close to the main attractions, and the room was comfortable and clean. Sinan was very kind, available, and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated the service and would be happy to come back again. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Central location in Istanbul, the owners are nice and helpful.
Room is small but you get a double bed and a small convenient bathroom.

Cons:

I had to wait over an hour to get the keys to my room that they had lost.
The bed sheets did not seem very clean…

Imprescindibles de Estambul a pasos de tu cama
Pros:

Sinan es una persona extraordinaria, muy atenta, servicial y nos hizo sentir en casa desde el primer momento. El hotel esta muy céntrico y se puede ir andando a todos lados, hay restaurantes, supermercados y todos los imprescindibles de Estanbul. Hay aire de acondicionado y todo lo necesario para una estancia de unos dias en la ciudad. El tranvía esta cerca y enfrente hay un restaurante de pescados muy rico. Ha sido todo fantástico!

Мы останавливались в этих апартаментах втроем- семья со взрослым ребенком. Изначально забронировали на 3 дня, но остались настолько довольны, что продлили проживание.
Локация просто идеальная: в шаговой доступности Египетский базар, колоритные магазины, набережная и уютный парк. Отсюда удобно добираться в любую часть Стамбула-хорошая транспортная развязка.
Сами апартаменты простые, но продуманные до мелочей и очень уютные. У нас был двухкомнатный номер. Особенно хочется отметить невероятно удобные кровати и диван-высыпались как дома. Кондиционеры работали исправно, создавая комфортный микроклимат.
Приятным бонусом стал отличный душ с сильным напором и хорошей регулировкой температуры. В номере есть всё необходимое: небольшая кухня с чайником, посудой, обеденный стол и табуретки. Можно с комфортом перекусить или выпить утренний кофе.
Отдельная и огромная благодарность хозяину апартаментов. Это человек редкой порядочности и с большим сердцем. Мы по рассеянности забыли в номере паспорт и ключи. Хозяин не только сразу сообщил нам об этом, но и лично доставил вещи по указанному адресу. Такое отношение бесценно.
С чистой совестью рекомендуем эти апартаменты всем. Мы точно вернёмся сюда снова и будем советовать друзьям. 10 из 10!

Buen alojamiento en Sultanahmet
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó, fue que el dueño del lugar me hizo el favor de gestionarme el check in súper tarde, dado que tuve que hacer cambios de último momento. La ducha funcionaba muy bien y el baño era muy cómodo. Estaba cerca de los lugares de interés.

Cons:

La puerta del baño no cerraba bien, y mi cama que era una especie de sofá no era del todo cómoda. Otra cosa que me gustaria mencionar es que deberian ser mas claros con el horario del check in. Porque en la plataforma decia de 13 a 00. Y yo llegue a las 00 y si bien me ayudaron al final, al principio me dijeron que no habia recepcion a esa hora y que podian cancelar mi reserva si querian una noche antes de que llegara, lo cual me parecio incorrecto y peligroso. Entonces deberian modificar lo del horario en la plataforma para no generar confusiones, proque segun la plataforma yo estaba dentro del horario correcto. Pongo el 10 que me solicitaron en la calificacion, pero quiero dejar mencionado que la situacion no me resulto comoda.

Great stay
Pros:

Cosy room, the owner cleaned it often and replaced the towels. There was a kettle and a fridge which were very useful. Location excellent.
