Pros:

Impresionante
Pros:

Muy buen desayuno y la ubicación excelente es muy céntrico y queda cerca de muchas cosas importantes para los turistas ( Gran bazar, Tokapi Mezquita Sultán Ahmed entre otras)

Személyzet segítőkész és kedves

Cons:

A foglalt szoba állítólag beázott és a földszinten szállásoltak el, ami a képeken látható tengerparti kilátás helyett a lepusztult raktár helységet néztük a teraszról.Majd két éjszaka után a harmadik emeletre kerültünk ami a tengerpartra nézett így a négy napból kettőt a foglalt szobába töltöttünk.Beázásnak és festésnek nyoma se volt,viszont akkor jelentkeztek ki a szállodából így valószínűleg foglalási probléma volt.

Hotel super w centrum, pyszne śniadania, bardzo miła obsługa, bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna Pani EBRU w recepcji. Na pewno wrócę tu z rodziną. Polecam wszystkim!

Pros:

Nagyon kedves, udvarias személyzet. Mindig megkínáltak minket teával, kávéval, a nap bármely szakában, amikor visszaérkeztünk. Programokat ajánlottak nekünk, transzfert szerveztek nekünk a visszaútra. Mindenben a kedvünkben jártak. A hotel elhelyezkedése kitűnő, mindenhez ( a főbb látványosságokhoz ) közel, gyalog megközelíthető. Éttermek boltok sora. Ajánlom mindenkinek!🙂

Pros:

We went specifically for Ramadan and being close to the Blue mosque for our prayers.
It was a perfect location. The Hagia Sofia and the Grand Bazaar are also very close.
The hotel staff were amazingly friendly and helpful especially Ali and Iman (can't remember how its spelt) but I mustn't forget the young lady too at the reception.
Fasting time started earlier than the breakfast time but the hotel made it possible for us to have our breakfast at suhoor time. The mini chiller was a plus.
All in all we had a great Ramadan.
Would definitely use the Olimpic hotel again.

Pros:

Na pobyte v hoteli Olimpic Hotel v Istanbule sme boli veľmi spokojní. Personál bol počas celého pobytu milý, ochotný a vždy pripravený pomôcť. Izby boli čisté a upratané, čo prispelo k príjemnému pocitu z ubytovania.

Veľmi nás potešili aj raňajky – boli pestré, čerstvé a naozaj chutné. V hotelovej reštaurácii výborne varili, jedlá boli kvalitné a mali skvelú chuť.

Celkovo hodnotíme pobyt veľmi pozitívne a tento hotel môžeme určite odporučiť každému, kto plánuje navštíviť Istanbul.

L’hotel dalle aspettative prometteva molto bene, soprattutto per la colazione con vista mare, che è stato uno dei motivi principali per cui abbiamo prenotato. Purtroppo, una volta arrivati, ci è stato comunicato solo il giorno dopo che la colazione non sarebbe stata servita nella sala con vista mare ma in un ristorante accanto, senza vista, a causa di lavori. Nessuno ci aveva avvisato prima.
Dopo diversi giorni e varie richieste di spiegazioni, abbiamo parlato con il responsabile che ha cercato di rimediare offrendoci l’ultima mattina una colazione con vista mare in un hotel vicino. Ho apprezzato il gesto, ma avrei preferito che la situazione fosse gestita prima e che la colazione vista mare fosse garantita tutte le mattine; altrimenti avrei scelto un altro hotel.
Inoltre, la pulizia delle camere lasciava molto a desiderare: polvere, capelli e un giorno mancava persino la carta igienica. Lo abbiamo fatto presente al personale, ma la situazione non è migliorata.
Consiglio di migliorare la pulizia e soprattutto di comunicare su Booking eventuali lavori o modifiche ai servizi, così che i clienti sappiano in anticipo cosa aspettarsi.

Reception staff were very helpful friendly especially Mr Mahmoud & Mr ali.house keeping were excellent thanks for Ms Iman &hems. The hidden soldier Mr OZAR who is available any time to solve any problems. Breakfast was Very good and view from terrace is wonderful
Location is more than excellent:going down right to blue mosque &going up left to T1 train station in 3minutes walk
In front of hotel is chock supermarket.
Thanks alot for all staff and manager for nice stay..

Hotel confortable mais à éviter car les réservations ne sont pas sures.

L'équipe est sympa et les chambres sont confortables.

Quand nous sommes arrivés notre chambre n'était pas disponible ( nous avions reçu un message 2 heures avant nous expliquant que notre carte bleue n'avez pas "marchée", alors que nous voyagions depuis un mois avec Booking sans problème et quand on a payé à l'accueil de l'hotel la carte a fonctionnée).
Donc après pas mal de palabres ils nous ont envoyés sur un autre hotel qui était 2 fois moins chère et trés inconfortable, mais il n'ont pas voulu nous rembourser la différence!!!!
le lendemain matin nous sommes revenu sur l'hotel et nous avons perdu la matinée avant de récupérer notre chambre!!!
Donc aucune confiance dans le staf , on a vraiment eu l'impression que l'on se fichait de nous....
