Pros:

Really friendly staff, always at your disposal. We left something in the hotel room and it was shipped to our home adress within few days.

Reception staff were very helpful friendly especially Mr Mahmoud & Mr ali.house keeping were excellent thanks for Ms Iman &hems. The hidden soldier Mr OZAR who is available any time to solve any problems. Breakfast was Very good and view from terrace is wonderful
Location is more than excellent:going down right to blue mosque &going up left to T1 train station in 3minutes walk
In front of hotel is chock supermarket.
Thanks alot for all staff and manager for nice stay..

Hotel confortable mais à éviter car les réservations ne sont pas sures.

L'équipe est sympa et les chambres sont confortables.

Quand nous sommes arrivés notre chambre n'était pas disponible ( nous avions reçu un message 2 heures avant nous expliquant que notre carte bleue n'avez pas "marchée", alors que nous voyagions depuis un mois avec Booking sans problème et quand on a payé à l'accueil de l'hotel la carte a fonctionnée).
Donc après pas mal de palabres ils nous ont envoyés sur un autre hotel qui était 2 fois moins chère et trés inconfortable, mais il n'ont pas voulu nous rembourser la différence!!!!
le lendemain matin nous sommes revenu sur l'hotel et nous avons perdu la matinée avant de récupérer notre chambre!!!
Donc aucune confiance dans le staf , on a vraiment eu l'impression que l'on se fichait de nous....

Unforgettable stay in Sultanahmet
Pros:

My stay was excellent. The sea view room was amazing and the view was truly beautiful. The hotel’s location in Sultanahmet is perfect, within walking distance of many historical attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. I was more than satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Nagyon szép, közel mindenhez.
Pros:

Lokáció tökéletes volt. Minden nagyon közel volt a szálláshoz a személyzet kedves, segítőkész és rugalmas volt. Vendégszetetően vártak.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay at the Olimpic Hotel; unfortunately, our vacation took a turn for the worse due to a medical emergency. The staff went above and beyond to help us get to the hospital, made sure we had everything we needed, and even assisted with translation—after hours as well. Their kindness and support during such a stressful time meant so much to our family, especially the care they showed our children. The hotel is in a great location, and the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely come back.

Idealan omjer cijene i kvalitete
Pros:

Objekat je vrlo blizu tramvajske stanice ,restorana sto je ovdje veoma bitno jer zelite sto vise da obidete za kratko vrijeme .

Cons:

Cist objekat ,prostrana soba sa kupatilom ,prilikom dolaska docekani sa osmjehom i ljubaznim osobljem (posebno Ali i gospodin sa recepcije koji je popravio rasvjetu -nismo pitali za ime na zalost)

Great location, we recommend.
Pros:

- Extremely friendly, kind, and very helpful staff. They were very attentive and even offered me medication when they saw I was unwell.
- Ideal location for visiting Istanbul on foot.
- Hotel located right next to Sultanahmet.
- Very pleasant rooftop with a beautiful view, especially at sunset.
- Excellent airport transportation service.

Cons:

- First night spent in the only room located on the kitchen floor (breakfast and restaurant area), which was very noisy. This room should never be assigned to guests. No other room was available the first night, but we were moved the next morning and everything went well afterward.
- Housekeeping entered the room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign.

Pros:

Many thanks to the entire hotel team, especially Mr. Erhan and the reception team, who were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is clean and comfortable, with beautiful rooms and a lovely sea view.
The breakfast was excellent with great variety.
Perfect location—only a 5-minute walk to Hagia Sophia, Sultan Ahmed Mosque, and the tram station.
Highly recommended
