Nice guys and ok for a night
Pros:

The staff was so kind! Really helpful and nice. I got an upgraded room for free. A fan in the roof made its work properly.
The bed was rather comfy, I had all I needed. There was even a fridge in the room. Bathroom was fresh.

Cons:

It was noisy outside in the street, with no closed outer doors (because of the heat, I suppose). The pictures at Booking didn't at all show what it looked like in reality....Because of that I was disappointed with the standard.
Things were a bit worn out, so to speak. Old. And this made it seem less clean that it really was. It was clean, but with some old stains stuck in the furniture.

Reasonably priced, but don’t expect too much
Pros:

Closer to Calicut Airport and decent restaurants. The covered parking behind is great. Deluxe rooms are spacious.

Cons:

There were smoking smell in AC deluxe rooms that go away. They tried to spray a dense fragrance to cover it when complained which caused a head ache. We had to request a room change later.

The elevator to this building stinks, they could have done something about it.

They dont have staff available at the reception all the time. You need to call a number and wait for person to come who can only speak Hindi. My parents had hard time communicating with them in English/Malayalam.

Recommend if you looking for place near calicut airport
Pros:

The hotel manager Faiz is very good. Very helpful. Arranged airport drop which came on time and was good. Hotel is near by airport. We stayed one night. Quite clean and nice hotel

Cons:

Electricity cut is quite frequent. Generator does start quickly but it happened quite a few times.

Pros:

The support from the staff for our request was good and you can order from a nearby cafe called hammock from the hotel itself and the food was really good and reasonable

Cons:

The place is not suitable for light sleepers because the hotel is situated near the main road so you might hear noises of the vehicles . Choose a less noisy room

Perfect stay with courteous staff.
Pros:

Good location, and they take guests requests on priority. They gracefully accepted late checkin request and kept the room ready to make it super convenient after long journey.

Cons:

Food service was on request from nearby hotels. As I am not aware what's good or bad resturants around.

Polite and helpful staff, large rooms, convenient for near the airport, good value for money.
Pros:

This is a hotel on the highway, near the airport which exactly what we needed. No frills, just a clean and comfortable place to stay near the airport, after a late flight arrival on our way into Wyanad where we were to continue our holiday.
The receptionist, Vaiz, was very helpful and respectful, making us feel welcome and making sure that we had all that we needed for a comfortable stay.
The place itself can be a little confusing as it is not a stand-alone building but part of a small complex. Parking is available on lower ground floor.
