Amazing desert experience with friendly people
Pros:

We loved everything there,camel ride ,quadbike experience,sunset,sunrise. The staff was super friendly and kind especially mohamed! The place was magical and we totally recommend it.

It was peaceful and relaxing and fun to surf the dunes.
Pros:

The staff was great and the location was so nice!

Cons:

You must pay extra to get out to the camp, so when you pay the total on Booking, that is not the total cost. They will make you pay to get to your tent and then to get back to town. So count on extra costs. Also, water and drinks at the camp are extra too. There is no fridge in the tent either, though it is listed in the room amenities.

Pros:

Buena ubicación, camas cómidas desayuno variado y abundante y la atención de 10. Nos cambiaron la hora de vuelo y llegamos a las 2:30 de la madrugada, no nos pusieron ningún problema.

Cons:

Por decir algo, alguna estantería en wl baño y alguna cajonera en la habitación.

Es war nett, aber auch ein paar ärgerliche Kritikpunkte
Pros:

- Im Grunde war es schön und wir würden es zumindest niemandem ausreden.

- Vor allem das Essen war sehr gut.

- Die Transfers sowohl mit dem Kamel als auch dem Jeep waren flexibel und nur für uns. Man musste nicht ewig warten bis es losgeht und konnte die Zeit quasi mitbestimmen.

- Das Personal im Camp war sehr nett.

- Es war nicht so ein großes Camp wie andere.

Cons:

- Es ist nicht das Camp auf den Bildern; es liegt nicht so tief und komplett von Dünen umgeben. Scheinbar werden hier Werbebilder benutzt oder man wird irgendeinem Camp zugewiesen. Ich weiß es nicht.

- Der Kontakt im Vorfeld war sehr schwierig. Auf Fragen wurde erst sehr spät, nur zum Teil oder gar nicht geantwortet.

- Unser Preis wurde 2 Stunden vor Anreise ohne Kommentar von 70€ auf 120€ erhöht. Und erst nach vielen Diskussionen wieder gesenkt. Andere wurden wohl bei Ankunft gefragt für welchen Preis sie gebucht haben. Scheinbar haben die Ihre Buchungssystem mit booking.com nicht im Griff. Bei uns konnten die sich wohl den Genius 3 Rabatt nicht erklären.

The camp was amazing and the bathroom facilities were great too. The camp atmosphere was wonderful and the food was delicious. Omar took us for a great sunset tour which was a highlight.
