Pros:

It was extremely dirty and obviously not kept up. Even from cheaper hotel standards.

Not super fancy but I would stay here again rather than the overpriced resorts close by :0)

Alojamiento suficiente para pasar una noche pero instalaciones muy sucias y deterioradas, la playa del resort muy sucia y no se podía bañar. Las habitaciones poco adecuadas y limpias.

out of the way from the crowds
Pros:

If you enjoy a laid back, no frills and affordable place away from the crowds in Phu Quoc this is the place for you. We loved our bungalow over the water which had air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a nice shower. Lauren was very welcoming and we felt like we had made new friends. MiMi was a great cook. They have a happy hour every day and scooters to rent from the property. The plus for us as animal lovers is that there were rescued kittens and puppies so we got our dog and cat fix while traveling. She also has three sweet dogs of her own.
