O staff cordial e disposto a ajudar (foram pro ativos em disponibilizar o quarto no andar terreo para os idosos)

Cons:

O sistema de Web check-in do hotel é confuso e, mesmo realizando todo o procedimento de antemao, nao constavam meus dados ao chegar.
Houve tambem informacao desencontrada (mudanças na hospedagem para o hotel ao lado e posteriormente de volta para o original sem aviso previo).
O isolamento acustico dos quartos deixa a desejar, acordamos varias vezes com o barulho das portas dos outros quartos.
