Pros:

Hotel itself was nice clean and comfortable. Very near to the temple which is the main attraction. Also reasonably close to the center.

Cons:

It seems like a South Indian thing but none of the hotels provide toilet roll while providing tooth brushes and tooth paste.

Pros:

It’s quite a new hotel, so it is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Rooms are very spacious. Room service is very good and the restaurant serves really good vegetarian food. Very friendly waiters as well. WiFi is good

Cons:

Proximity to rope car entrance is near but if you wish to walk up the stairs, you’ll need auto (hotel can arrange). Channels not available on television.
