Nu a făcut proprietarul curățenie, a mințit ca a fost făcut, I am specificat acest lucru nu a fost făcut și i am trimis poze cu mizeria din casă, ulterior a răspuns după ce a fost constrâns să recunoască “ aia e , puteți să lăsați cheia pe masă “. Bătaie de joc. Absolut lipsă de respect și profesionalism.

Pros:

Locația mi-a plăcut deoarece este într-o zonă liniștită. În 20 de minute se poate ajunge pe jos la Mall Vitan, la Unirii și cu taxiul e aproape de Timpuri Noi. Am fost plăcut surprinsă de minibar și de faptul ca în camera aveam prosoape.

Pros:

This was the 3rd time we stayed here - is one of the hidden gems in Bucharest. Great location, amazing rooms, comfortable, well equipped. We will definitely come here again in the near future

Για την χρήση που έκανα στο δωμάτιο ήταν καλά.
Pros:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και ζεστό.

Cons:

Για να μπεις στον χώρο και στο δωμάτιο χρείαζεσαι κωδικό. Ενώ είχε πληρωθεί το δωμάτιο κανονικά δύο μέρες πριν δεν έλαβα κάνενα μήνυμα απο το κατάλυμα για να με ενημέρωσει. Όταν έφτασα δεν υπήρχε τρόπος να μπω καθώς δεν γνώριζα την διαδικασία. Μετά απο 10 λεπτά που περιμέναμε μέσα στη βροχή βγήκε μια κοπέλα και μας άνοιξε. Πήρε η κοπέλα τηλέφωνο τον ιδιοκτήτη, φαντάζομαι, και περιμέναμε πάλι γιατί δεν μπορούσαν να βρουν την κράτηση μας. Η πολιτική του καταλύματος είναι ότι δεν μπαίνουν να καθαρισούν το δωμάτιο αν δεν τους το ζητήσεις. Κάτι που επίσης δεν ήξερα καθώς δεν υπήρχε κάποιος να μου το πει, αφού δεν υπάρχει ρεσεψιόν ή οτιδήποτε στο χώρο, παραμόνο όταν μου έστειλαν μήνυμα απο το κατάλυμα την προηγούμενη πριν φύγω αν χρείαζομαι.
