Pros:

Gentilezza del personale, posizione e organizzazione della struttura. Parcheggio disponibile in loco. Assolutamente consigliato!

Se devo trovare un'area di miglioramento: le stanze avrebbero potuto essere più spaziose ma per le mie necessità andavano più che bene.

Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia che per noi è molto importante e la gentilezza.
L' Hotel è una bella villa antica ristrutturata, ottima la vista sul mare al quale si può accedere con una scalinata in 5 minuti.
La colazione buona, anche prodotti gluten free, forse manca la parte salata, fornita su richiesta.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene, grazie di tutto!

La camera era molto carina e spaziosa. Bellissima anche la possibilità di usare le biciclette per girare a
Varazze.
Il personale è stato davvero gentile e disponibile: il secondo giorno avevamo chiesto se ci fossero yogurt senza lattosio, ma non ne avevano. Il giorno dopo però, senza che lo avessimo chiesto, ce ne hanno fatto trovare uno! Un gesto davvero carino e super apprezzato.

Cons:

Purtroppo la stanza era poco isolata.. infatti sentivamo i vicini di sopra.
Il letto e i cuscini erano particolarmente duri, non lo abbiamo apprezzato molto ma dopo qualche giorno ci si fa l'abitudine.

Sicuramente la villa molto bella, anche la sistemazione che avevamo noi in questa camera di fianco alla sala colazione con un terrazzo con vista mare.

Cons:

Il personale cordiale ma potrebbe migliorarsi in accoglienza, è risultato a nostro parere un po’ freddo.

Sehr gepflegte Villa mit wunderschöner Aussichtsterasse mit Blick auf’s Meer. Feines Frühstück und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.
