Excellent location in the center of Yerevan. Large clean room with a kitchenette. Well-functioning AC. Comfortable beds. Clever lighting concept in the room with darker night lights and bright lights for the day.
As per my wife, I would not recommend this hotel for women travelers. There is no mirror outside the bathroom and the outlets in the bathroom are not functional. She had to use her cellphone camera as a mirror and an outlet in the kitchenette to dry her hair. There is also no iron or ironing board.
It was very nice to have a kitchenette, but the collection was a bit haphazardous: Two unequal cups and one glass only.
When we checked in, we got the room number and wifi code on a small note paper. Also in the evening the card payment machine was broken, and only on asking again in the morning they got it to work.
We stored the luggage for a few hours and then came back to freshen up. At first the front desk worker stated that there is no such thing, but when I pointed out that it's normal for hotels to offer this service, he did unlock us a bathroom.
In summary, it seems like this is a nice place, which still seems unfinished in terms of offering a standard hotel experience.
I really want to say that this hotel is beyond my expectations! We moved here from a higher level hotel to Soho, but I have to say that this place definitely was much better! The room is very large, comfortable, and spotless clean. I would rate it as a 5-star hotel if there were breakfast and parking lot.

Everything is in walking distance, taxis work perfect, thousands of cafes and restaurants around. 5min to public square and metro.
Next time, I would definitely come back here.
Nothing to mention
Located in the very center of Yerevan, yet the rooms feel private and peaceful. There are a lot of cool places to eat and walk around, specilaty coffee shops and national cuisine. The room has a cooktop, I think you can stay in such a room for at least a week comfortably. The hotel staff is very nice and friendly, let us leave our suitcases after check out for free and took care of them.
Last but not least, footsteps in the hall will be heard through the door. If you have a sensitive sleeper, keep this in mind.
it's our whims only: there were no second blanket and wine glasses in the room (nice to have when it's so tempting to buy a bottle of Armenian wine).
BUT we did't even ask about it and I'm pretty sure that if we had asked, we would have been provided both :)
