Excelente experiencia en La Spezia.
Pros:

La propiedad está bien ubicada, muy cerca de todos los buses. La zona es tranquila, tiene cerca lugares donde desayunar- cenar.
Destacamos mucho la amabilidad y buena disposición de Silvana, quien está a cargo del lugar. Una señora muy simpática que trabaja muy bien, incluso nos dio tips para hacer mini viajes por el área, además obviamente de Cinque Terre, adonde se accede fácilmente en tren desde La Spezia Centrale.

Pros:

Habitación limpia. Ubicación cerca del puerto y bien comunicada con bus con el resto de la ciudad. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Cons:

Poco movimiento en la zona por la noche para comer y tomar algo pero entiendo que seria porque era la segunda quincena de agosto.

The host is so kind and generous, such a pure hearted woman she was so welcoming, gentle and understanding definitely recommend and will be back.

Cómodo y tranquilo
Pros:

Relación calidad precio muy buena. La hospitalidad del personal. Fueron muy amable y en todo momento dispuestos a ayudar. En la habitación habia 1 botella de agua por persona, y tenia calentador de agua para hacerte cafe o infusión.

Výhodou byl brzký check-in. Milá a ochotná paní nám poradila s dopravou. Blízko hlavní ulice, ale na klidném místě, blízko k autobusu do Portovenere.
