En la habitación que nos tocó, no había agua caliente y nos bañamos con agua fría. Al comentarle a la persona que nos atendió, dijo que tardaba mucho en llegar.

Beautiful Colonial-style Hotel walking distance to the old town
Pros:

The location is amazing. The rooms (with the balconies) are spacious and beautiful and very clean.

Cons:

Check-in was slow. Mattresses are very firm. There was also no hot water one of the two mornings, and for the price you pay, that should not happen. They fixed it though.

Beautiful, cute, calm, clean, super central, kindest host, cozy, communicative, helpful and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend to stay in La Casona Azul for a visit to Malinalco.

Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente, ya que se terminó, porque el calentador es solar y muchos huéspedes se bañaron muy temprano

Pros:

La ubicación es genial, el trato es muy cortés por parte del personal. Habitaciones muy bonitas y cómodas, la verdad es que el ambiente del mismo, su jardín es muy hermoso-

Cons:

Que no contara con estacionamiento propio y que al dejarlo en la calle en frente del inmueble es un poco complicado por el numero de coches que pasan y lo estrecha que está la calle

Perfect get away in Malinalco!
Pros:

The place was very quiet, the property and the rooms have a lot of charm and are nicely decorated, the staff was helpful, the property is located very close to main market / city centre, it was possible park in the street just in front of the property.

Cons:

Having the option of taking breakfast at the property could be nice but was not essential as there were many options within 5 min walk.

It's a nice place but it needs maintenance

It has a very good location and staff is friendly

Cons:

The bathroom had a water leak, the beds were uncomfortable to sleep in, and on the last day we arrived late at check out so we couldn't pick up our luggage becuase the place was closed. We spent more than one hour waiting for the hotel staff to open because they didn't answer the phone.

Pros:

Very very clean, beautifully decorated, staff was really kind, great pressure and hot water in the shower!

Cons:

No TVs or parking in the hotel, but we knew that beforehand, just something to keep in mind.
