Quiet building away from the street.
Air conditioner was super quiet as well.
Underground garage was spacious - we were able to fit in a 9-seater without any issues.
Apartment 2 (with the garden) is on the ground floor and feels damp unless you turn on the AC.
A few things need fixing/tightening - door handles were a bit loose, as well as couple of fixtures in the bathroom.

Very nice apartment. Good service. Quiet area in Sofia. Lidl is 1 km away.There is also a large parking garage for 10 euros per day, but you can also park on the street for free.
It is quite noisy inside. If the neighbors make a lot of noise, you can hear it inside. But after 10 PM, it is mandatory to be quiet in the apartment.

По време на двуседмичния ни престой, нито веднъж не беше почистено и нито веднъж не бяха сменени чаршафите. Бях резервирал апартамент с 2 спални, но този беше само с една( единия от нас спа на малкия диван двете седмици). “ Free “ паркинга(както пишеше в обявата и на гаражите) стриваше по 10€ на вечер.
Апартамента, беше чист, подреден, чисти чаршафи, хавлии, топло.Имаше всички удобства.Отношението на домакинята беше на ниво, внимателна, коректна, всичко подробно обясни.

I really liked this apartment! It’s located on the first floor with a lovely patio. The building is new, and the apartment itself is spacious and very comfortable. The location is great — just a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the city center. There’s a huge gym nearby and good supermarkets within walking distance. The area has a lot of new buildings, but despite that, it was very quiet and comfortable during our stay. It’s especially perfect for those traveling by car. Highly recommended!
I like that there is a parking spot.
The location is not that nice, there is no sidewalks so my dog was walking in the street.
