Las paredes estaban sucias y el baño. Se nota que no hicieron el debido procedimiento de limpieza, las toallas y las sábanas estaban manchadas y se nota que no le prestaron atención a su respectivo lavado porque tenía manchas en varios lugares

If taken everything into consideration, a nice enough stay despite the exchange scam.

The girls at the reception were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

WIFI reception is too unreliable for digital nomads. I had to move to a room closer to the router. The second room was considerably smaller and of significantly lower quality. However, the poor Wi-Fi was a dealbreaker.

A more serious objection is, that the hotel only wants to be paid cash in local currency. This means you have to exchange USD into Pesos at an unfavorable rate at a moneychanger in the Galeria Caracol (as suggested by the hotel staff). The guy charged a 10 % commission. Then you pay the exchange rate set by the hotel, which made the room more expensive than initially mentioned in USD, on Booking.com.

Son detalles , pero igual son importantes tenerlo en cuenta.

La atención de Micaela muy simpática y dispuesta siempre ayudar, también Gabriela.

Cons:

La primera habitación que me dieron no funcionaba la calefacción, ni la tv. En la segunda que me dieron era todo mejor, lo único las almohadas tenían olor a viejas.

La habitación tenía problemas de humedad. La puerta no cerraba si no era bajo llave. La habitación era poco luminosa y muy ruidosa. La persona que atendía el hotel tardaba bastante en abrir la puerta.
