Slaná užitková voda. K varné konvici nebyl ani jeden hrnek, televize bez ovladače.
Un vrai petit coin de paradis à Gili Air ! 🌴 La chambre était très confortable, climatisée, avec de l’eau potable à disposition et une literie impeccable. Tout est pensé pour le bien-être des voyageurs. Mais le gros coup de cœur, c’est Ganda ! Un hôte absolument adorable, toujours souriant, serviable et plein de gentillesse. Son accueil a rendu notre séjour encore plus mémorable. Merci pour tout ! 💛 Je recommande les yeux fermés !
A real little piece of paradise in Gili Air! 🌴 The room was very comfortable, air-conditioned, with clean water available and impeccable bedding. Everything is designed for the well-being of travellers. But the big crush is Ganda! An absolutely adorable host, always smiling, helpful and full of kindness. His welcome made our stay even more memorable. Thanks for everything! 💛 I recommend with my eyes closed!
Semi close to beach
Rooms were not clean at all. Cups not washed from precious guests, food in the sink. Toilet paper not refreshed, ac not working as it should, dark no windows unless u want no privacy and open front completely. Left one day early in exchange for something else

The staff were lovely, very kind. The location is great, close to the beach and so many restaurants and shops.
The room is very big, places to sit, lots of places to store your stuff. Theres a nice sitting area on the front porch with a couch and table.
It has a very welcoming feeling, all the other guests would chat and hang out.
AC was good!
L’accueil était très bien, ils sont tous très gentils, les draps étaient propres et l’emplacement était vraiment parfait à côté de tout, meilleur endroit de l’île, parfait pour les sunset et les meilleurs resto, pas loin du port (10 min à pied)
Odeurs dans la salle de bain, la chambre n’était pas propre à notre arrivée (toiles d’araignées, salle de bain, évier, mitigeur détérioré, poussière dans l’armoire et taches blanches sur le « bureau ») Nous sommes restés 4 nuits, ils ne sont jamais passé nettoyer (au moins le sol ça aurait été sympa avec le sable ect…) faire le lit, changer les serviettes ou le papier toilette… toujours devoir demander

The property was very close to many restaurant, stores, and the beach. It was well maintained and had a small but comfortable patio.
It was a little small, which made it really difficult/impossible to sit on some of the chairs inside.

Wifi was extremely poor, A/C barely worked and bathroom had a very unpleasant smell.

Bathroom leakages, water is not going into drain and making lake in the middle of bathroom, dirty watertap and sometimes A/C wasnt able to cool down the room on required temperature
Comfiest bed, almost blackout room with little to no outside noise. Slept like a baby! Resident kitty Gili is the sweetest and very much looked after by the owners, who were so lovely and attentive. Resto and bar across the road (Captain Coconuts) was awesome for breakfast and happy hour Cocktails, and allow you to use their pool FOC!

The bathroom really smells and this sometimes made the rest of room stink!
Location is good, easily walkable from the beach in a quiet street. Rooms are basic but clean.
Bathroom is old, water is salty, like most of the places on the Gilis.
Very lovely staff willing to help you with anything. Perfectly working aircon. Albeit salty like on the rest of the island, but nice hot showers.
Towels were a bit on a thinner side and it probably wouldn't hurt to replace them eventually.
Peaceful location, close to beach, comfortable and clean. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff.

The room was very nice and with remote controlled ac. The bathroom was spacious and there was a good mirror. Drinking water was provided from a tank outside to refill own bottles.
The water from the shower was salty so soap didn't come off easy and skin was sticky after shower. but that seems to be the case in all accommodations of the gilis. The knob and hose of the shower were rusty.
