Very nice location near to Taxim Square. Mr. Murat is an owner of the apartment, very nice and gentleman. His team Yasar and Azosh are very supportive.

Great location but look for newer hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location, close to Taksim Square. The host Murat is kind and at your service.

Cons:

The apartment is in an old and rather dilapidated building, with a view of similar buildings, on the fifth floor without an elevator, quite narrow stairs lead to the apartment. The size and quality of the room do not match the pictures, the bathroom and the terrace. Everything is much older than in the pictures, it looks rather worn. The siphon under the sink was leaking, you have nowhere to put the toilet paper because there is no stand, and there are no towel racks - instead one screw is installed on the inside of the door. Light switches are falling apart. The terrace is functional but messy. The kitchen is neglected and without any kitchen spices, etc.

Pros:

The apartment was not the one in the pics, but was similar. The best thing about the flat was the quality of the mattress and bed. Frankly really good. Bedding was poor tho. The place itself was somewhat flashy but old and dilapidated, with broken curtains, stained couch, doors that don't close, dirty shower, and quite a list. Having said this, it was acceptable value for money, given the proximity to Taksim. The area itself is horrible, with really quite a terrible street vibe nearby (prostitutes, dirt, smells, etc). However, it feels safe. There's a tiny 24h shop right next to the main door. Check in was ok.

Cons:

Bathroom shower needs to be cleaned once and for all. Partially dirty bathroom from previous guests.

The neighborhood is safe , the staff are amazing so sweet helpful and freindly ! I recommand this place 👍🏻

Our stay was pleasant for what we paid and for the short time we spent in the room (2 nights).
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered support and recommendations for activities and tourist attractions for us to visit. We enjoyed chatting with the staff about life in Turkey. They also allowed us to store our luggage after check-out while we explored the area. The location was also great for us.

Cons:

We did not believe that the images are a true representation of the room. We paid for a superior room and the room was still very small and run down. The facilities all worked well, however, appeared old and run-down. It would be a great space if some time was spent on upgrading appliances such as the kitchenette and outdoor space to create a fresh look.
