Pros:

To miejsce to czysta magia… ✨ Butikowy hotel na Zanzibarze prowadzony przez Polkę, w którym od pierwszej chwili czujesz się zaopiekowana. Styl, klimat i perfekcyjna czystość robią wrażenie, a obsługa jest ciepła i bardzo profesjonalna.
Hotel położony tuż przy oceanie – widoki są obłędne, szczególnie o wschodzie i zachodzie słońca… coś, czego nie da się zapomnieć. Jedzenie? Absolutny sztos – świeże, aromatyczne i dopracowane w każdym detalu.
Zanzibar ma swój rytm (prąd bywa kapryśny 😉), ale właśnie to dodaje temu miejscu autentyczności i uroku.
Jeśli szukasz klimatu, piękna i wyjątkowego vibe’u – to jest TEN adres. Szczerze polecam.

Please assist with the current challenge, highlighted above of the second bookins of 12- 19 April 26

I liked the special offer I got for my son s holiday in Zanzibar. However, I did not know that the price indeed was the right amount of the facility situation. I also had the second challenge with Booking.com on the same facility s bookings from 12- 19 April that was cancelled by you without proper communication. I needed you to assist me oh how to reach you as I have sent so many emails until I learned that it is noreply emails.I was so disappointed when I realised that my son s bookings from 12- 19 April 2026 is canceled.I was already debited the amount of US$ 97.79 on the 5th and the final amount of 84.53 supposed to be debited on the 10th from my account, however I had challenge with the account, I wrote some emails to Booking.com to update them with the account crisis and to debit on the 11th not the 10th as arranged.My son is in the facility now frustrated, without clear understanding of wayforward due to language barrier, please update me quickly on how best you can debit the balance for my son s stay be accordingly and to settle the bill.

Cadre et vue incroyables
Pros:

La localisation est absolument incroyable. La vue mer est fantastique.
Les espaces extérieurs sont soignés.
La chambre était très propre et décorées par de belles fleurs.
Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et complet.
Le restaurant de l’hôtel est bien.

Cons:

La literie est vielle et pourrait être de meilleure qualité.
Autrement tout est bien.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was wonderful and the location is first class! We loved being right on the beach and being able to immerse ourselves in the culture and spend time with the amazing people of Jambiani! We would highly recommend Equalia Boutique Hotel!

Overall, the stay had a mix of positives and negatives. The location is beautiful and peaceful, and the staff, especiall

The property is in an amazing location right next to the beach in rural Jambiani, a lovely, quiet, and peaceful village. The seaweed farms in the ocean create a unique and beautiful view. The ocean-view rooms are the best, so I’d definitely recommend booking one of those.

Cons:

I do want to be honest about a few things. The local men next door were often very noisy at night, frequently drunk, and quite pushy when trying to sell tours, which made things uncomfortable at times. One guy grabbing my arm and I did feel unsafe at some point. The Polish family managing the hotel have limited English skills, and mostly only their young daughter could answer questions, which was sometimes challenging. They were also not around very often.

I also found some cockroaches in the room. The room I booked did not have a sea view and felt quite expensive for what was offered. The property could use some renovation — the roof leaks when it rains, which made having breakfast difficult without food getting wet.

That said, the place definitely has potential, and a few improvements could make a big difference. The cleaner and the chef were both very kind and pleasant.

Splendida vista sul mare
Pros:

La bellissima vista sul mare, la posizione direttamente sulla spiaggia, lo spazio comune con lettini, dondolo e bar ristorante, elegantemente arredato.

Cons:

Lo staff era poco presente e non particolarmente accogliente. Continui salti di corrente che facevano mancare l'aria condizionata per svariate ore, ma non so quanto questo problema sia da attribuire alla struttura o alla rete elettrica, perché lo staff non ci ha dato spiegazioni.

I didn’t stay i demanded a refund, god knows why the mattress had to be emergency changed.

I booked this place and went to check in but was told that the room would be a different one as the mattress needed changing, it was dark weird and seedy i have no idea what was going on there but I demanded a refund and went somewhere else, there’s a seedy part of Zanzibar and I feel the people who like that stay there

Cons:

Weird vibe, dark, not value for any money even in peak season, the receptionist was nice bit the owner who didn’t speak any English was hovering around and i don’t know what she was saying, luckily they allowed me to cancel, i would not have paid ten euro for that room.

il nous a été impossible de dormir une des 3 nuits réservée. un générateur electrique tourne contre le mur de la chambre et des insectes grignotent sans cesse le mobilier de la chambre. nous avons annoncé renoncer à continuer notre séjour et avons demandé le remboursement à la gérante. celle ci est polonaise et ne parlait pas anglais ! après plusieurs echanges par traducteur, elle nous explique qu'il n'y a aucun soucis pour nous rembourser mais que nous devions passer par booking pour le faire. nous avons alerter le jour même booking qui nous a expliquer qu'ils s'en occupaient. rien jusqu'au 22 septembre,date du deuxième appel vers booking qui se chargeait normalement de finaliser cette déconvenue. à nouveau rien en date du 3 octobre et booking qui repond simplement que l'hotel ne répond pas à leur mail !!! BRAVO au numéro 1 mondial qu'est BOOKING pour la protection du client. je précise que j'ai racheté deux nuits à nouveau chez BOOKING, pas chez un autre concurrent...

Un hôtel pieds dans l'eau, très bien situé à Jambiani. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et mention special à la cuisine proposée: on y mange très bien !

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, aber nicht empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist direkt am Meer und in der Nähe sind viele kleine Restaurants.
Das Personal, beim Frühstück sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, herunter gekommen. Decke brüchig, Einrichtung lieblos und sehr wenig Platz.
Die Besitzer sind zudem sehr unfreundlich und nicht gerade präsent und hilfsbereit. Selbst ein Taxi mussten wir uns selber bestellen.

Grear location but could use some revamping.
Pros:

The hotel was literally on the beach. My room was ocean facing with a great view of the ocean and beach. The staff were a bit unorganised but were very helpful and attentive. It was really nice having breakfast on the beach listening to the sound of waves. Also, the wifi was great.

Cons:

I arrived at night at 10pm at night and it seemed like they weren’t expecting me. I was just ushered into my room without any proper checking in and information. My room seemed a bit disorganised but decent.
