It is clean and in good location
The air conditioner broke every night and there is no solution until second day
It was clean. Breakfast was ok for us because we like the local breakfast.
The twin room is not suited for two adults, it is tiny, there is no room to walk around, put or open your luggage. The bathroom was insanely hot, there was some pipe going through the walls that made it impossible to stay inside for more than 5 minutes. Breakfast was ok(only local option) but starts at 9, too late. There are better and more afforfable hotels in the area, actually I noticed after I booked that booking was offering a lower rate on the same dates but it was too late for me to cancel. Also, be aware that once you are inside Turkey you cannot use Booking for local hotels.

Выбирали местоположение в Кадыкей намеренно,поэтому и нравится.
Маленькая комната, не повернутся ( при заселении,администратор случайно ляпнул,что перепутал комнаты и нас заселил не в ту). касаемо персонала, сколько раз не зашла и вышла,всегда здоровалась и прощалась,но в ответ тишина.
Также 3 дня подряд просили утюг, всегда кто-то уже его запросил до меня(скорее всего один утюг на весь отель).Только на третий день,когда уже настойчиво просила хоть на 5 мин и сразу верну обратно,то сработало.
Een heel fijn verblijf in Istanbul, locatie is top we hoefden bijna geen taxi te gebruiken. En het ontbijt is geweldig! Kamers zijn schoon worden bijna elke dag schoongemaakt, kregen extra handdoeken. Gastvriendelijkheid en hygiëne top service.

Уставший отель, обшарпанные стены, застиранные полотенца, выдается только 1 ключ, когда приходишь в маленький номер, там +60. При этом в номере: холодильник, чайник, пополнение воды, фен. В умывальнике-холодной воды не было, только кипяток, в душе-нормально. Завтрак приносят на подносе: не богато(вареное яйцо, овощи, свежий хлеб, сыр), но вкусно, персонал не улыбчивый. Плюс номера: большая терраса, вечером свежо и приятно посидеть.
На ресепшене обманывают с заказом такси. Парень на ресепшене говорил только по турецки и английски. Заказала такси, сказал примерная цена 1550 лир до Сабихи. Так и есть, сын улетал на день раньше, взяли такси на улице за 1600 лир. Когда таксист привез меня в аэропорт, цену озвучил 2500, начал звонить в отель. Тут выяснилось, что парень на ресепшене говорит по русски, стал изворачиваться и говорить, что он озвучивал 2500, а минимум 1900. Нагло врал, имя свое назвать отказался. Таксисты часто обманывают в Стамбуле, но чтоб врали на ресешене-первый раз встречаю.
Понравился завтрак, прям от души, было вкусно и хорошо. Неплохое расположение, не шумно.
Не понравилась сама комната. Она чересчур была мала и узкая.

If I could give less than one star, I would.
First of all, the room smelled really bad, like someone had died there. The room was not clean, the bed linen was dirty, there was no blanket, and the fabric on the bed was also dirty.
And the minibar? It was just an empty refrigerator.
The staff were friendly, but they couldn’t speak English or German.
Absolute prime location and friendly staff
not very comfortable, a lot of noise from the road and the bed covers in summer are not ‘real’ covers, it’s more like a textured tablecloth which gets uncomfortable during the night. See pic.
