Sehr schöne und ruhig Anlage, mit großem Garten. Tolles Frühstück mit vielfältiger Auswahl. Personal freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Himmelspforten ein Ort des himmlischen Schlafs
Pros:

Der Veranstaltungsort - Vogel Convention Center (VCC) - ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Absolut ruhige Lage - habe "himmlisch" geschlafen. Leider so lange, dass ich keine Zeit mehr für das Frühstück hatte. Super freundlicher Empfang und hilfsbereites Personal. "Self check-In" beschränkt sich auf "Nachtzeiten". Die Rezeption ist zu "normalen" Arbeitszeiten besetzt.

Cons:

Der mitgeteilte Code zum Öffner der Tore/Türen besteht aus einer Kombination von 4 Ziffern und einem Buchstaben (F)!
Die Eingabetastatur offeriert keine Eingabemöglichkeit für Buchstaben! Meine Intuition bestand darin, an 5. Stelle die Ziffer 3 zu drücken, weil die bei früheren Telefonen das Eingeben des Buchstaben F ermöglichte. Nach etlichen Fehlversuchen (auch 3-maliges Drücken der Ziffer 3, wie es früher einmal für den Buchstaben F üblich war) brachten nicht den erhofften Erfolg. Irgendwann fand ich den versteckten Hinweis, dass man statt des Buchstaben F die Ziffer 1 drücken solle. Das hat dann funktioniert. Warum gibt man aber einen Code aus 4 Ziffer und einem Buchstaben heraus, wenn man dann letztlich einfach 5 Ziffern eingeben soll? Man könnte dann doch gleich den Code mit 5 Ziffern verschicken. Ansonsten alles super!

Es war eine sehr schöne (außergewöhnliche) Unterkunft mit und in schöner Umgebung.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt dort (auch, wenn es nur für eine Übernachtung war). Sehr empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Peaceful & Historical location available to the city and good value for money,
Pros:

We found the location to be perfect. Parking was available, only a short distance from the check in. The grounds and gardens surrounding the Kloster was a peaceful and attractive encounter. We found the available local restaurants to be about twenty minutes walking distance away. The breakfast was a winner there was nothing which was not available to the guests and every taste was catered for. Excellent!

Cons:

The beds were found to be a little hard particularly for my wife who did not sleep well. We did only stay one night and often any unfamiliar bed does not offer that perfect first nights sleep.

Een echte kloosterkamer
Pros:

De hotelkamer in het klooster is strikt functioneel en is qua ruimte behoorlijk beperkt. Er is een goede parkeergelegenheid. De omgeving van het klooster is deels een industrieterrein en er zijn geen restarurants in de buurt. Het centrum van de stad is alleen met de auto bereikbaar.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr schöner besonderer Ort, kostenlose Parkplätze und nah am Zentrum. Sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Der Checkout ist sehr früh (09:30) und es steht lediglich auf einem versteckten Schild, dass am Wochenende auch erst 10:30 möglich ist, bei Booking nicht. Der Speisesaal ist extrem laut und preislich ist es trotz des inkludierten Frühstücks für eine Person relativ teuer, obwohl es kein Hotel ist.
