A hotel with a fantastic location and beautiful views, but infrastructure is aging.

Breakfast was very good, tasty and economical

Cons:

The dining hall furniture and utensils were old and poorly maintained. Several chairs and tables were damaged, and some utensils appeared worn out, which adversely affected the overall dining experience.

We were assigned rooms near the kitchen. The heat and cooking smell coming from the kitchen weren't pleasant and affected our comfort. It would be better if the kitchen area were located away from the guest accommodation.

Good location and a valley view in Madikeri
Pros:

Good location and having a valley view. Room size is big. Good valley view. Nice hotel.

Cons:

We booked for 3 adults and it was charged 1300 extra as per policy though they have not provided towels and glass for extra person. Most annoying is that there is no coffee / tea pouch in the room. You need to depend on the restaurant who has specific timing for room service.
