Pros:

They told me room is not available just because I booked the room with discount from your website as I reached to the hotel just after 10 minutes after booking and they teased me and my family at midnight 12 am

Pros:

First thing first the location, we were on a road trip and the hotel was dot on highway, so we didnt hav to take any detour. Sraffs were humble and cooperative, made the stay experience memorable
